Pulled up & there were no other cars which was perfect as it was my first time. Good thing i previously looked at the menu online because the whole menu isn't listed. I ordered the iced matcha & a pup cup. My doggie oh so enjoyed her pup cup & they put a milk bone on top. The matcha was creamer then Im used to, but I guess I could've changed the milk if I wanted to. Regardless it was still good. The girls at window were very friendly. Another even came to the window to see my crazy dog trying to stick her head out my window.

The woman who took my order was wonderful -- she offered great suggestions and took the time to explain the seasonal drinks, which was helpful since I don't visit coffee shops often. That part of the experience was genuinely positive. That said, the overall atmosphere made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I later learned the locations are franchised, and I believe the owners may have been present during my visit. Unfortunately, there was very little warmth or friendliness from them. There were no smiles or welcoming gestures, and at times I felt stared at, which made the experience feel awkward and uninviting. I tried to brush it off, took a few photos, and carried on, but the lack of friendliness continued, which left me feeling uneasy. I always try to support local businesses and give thoughtful reviews, so I wanted to share this in the hopes that it's taken as constructive feedback. The drinks and front-line service were great -- I just hope the overall environment can become a bit more welcoming in the future.

They have a lot of things- esquites (corn in a cup w/ cheese & mayo- so like elotes but in a cup), elotes, tamales (these might be seasonal, I'm not sure), fruit cups, hot cheetos with cheese, mangonada, fresca con crema, bionico, diablito, chamoyada, chicharron preparado, smoothies, crepes, etc. I haven't tried everything, in fact, I've only gotten their fruit cups with mango and tajin because I'm a creature of habit and it's an amazing, healthy snack on the go. Next time I venture into the mall I'll definitely try some of their other foods. My mom didn't know what tajin or chamoy was and wasn't sure how she'd like it on fruit. I tried to explain it because I'd eaten it a lot when I lived in California briefly- she's pretty open minded so she agreed to go in and check it out. The employees here were the absolute sweetest and prepared a little sample to let her try a bit of both before she committed. She ended up ordering a mixed fruit cup including watermelon, mango, and cucumber and chose the tajin. She loved it! This place is very spacious and clean looking. There's also pretty close to an entrance of the mall- right under the food court- so it's really convenient, even if you don't want to go into the mall at all! I hope this place stays open because I really love it and recommend it to everyone I know who lives in the area.

They have breakfast items (love the strata!) and cookies and banana bread. And they are GOOD gluten free. They rotate some items even. Made with oatmilk. It's a great flavor. The baristas are always friendly. The wait isn't too long. There is a drive thru and a walk up window at this location. But it is in the complex with Oak Tree Station, so you could take your treats over there and sit by the fire if you wanted to. Highly recommend all the Red Leaf locations.
