Yogurtland is a national chain with self serve frozen yoghurts and sorbets (but no ice cream, as far as I know). It's priced per ounce and the cups hold more than you think so it's not unusual to pay more than you expected. There are five machines with two flavors each -- middle handle gives you a mix of both. The plain tart is pretty good -- it's clear it has added sugars but not coying sweet. The French vanilla tastes better and has no added sugar. However, it contains a larger amount of maltodextrin which has a high glycemic index, causing a spike in your blood sugar. Sorry, ruined the party. The Dutch chocolate tastes like frozen hot chocolate -- a sugary treat. This version has better ingredients than the vanillas. Coconut: no. I love coconut but this isn't it. Strawberry: the surprise of the bunch and my favorite. Tasted authentic (the staff says it's made with real strawberries) and not too sweet. Worth repeating. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was clean. Yogurtland is a decent option but I prefer ice cream.

We've been here less than two weeks and we've been here twice. They don't do sample cups like how they did in the past. Probably from around Covid time. They had around 10 different original flavors and the mixed flavors in between. Since we couldn't taste, I just chose a flavor that we knew would be good. My daughter got strawberry and I got strawberry and pecans and pralines. There were other flavors like rocket pop popsicle, matcha, passion fruit, vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, etc. They had a variety of toppings also. My favorites are the mochi and cookie dough. I could just have those two items and be happy. My daughter wanted to try so many things. I think the first time she got strawberries, mochi, and chocolate chips. The strawberries were very sour so the next time she opted for bananas instead. She complained about the chocolate chips the first time but she got it again the second time so I guess it wasn't that bad. Overall we enjoyed our Yogurtland treats. We had a yogurtland in Hawaii but they all closed up. Maybe we will be able to visit one more time before heading back home.

Owner super friendly ! Yogurt taste good! Service is amazing! Bathroom is cleaned ! 5 star as the service was exceptional

Endless Ice Cream Combinations! You can mix and match flavors however you like! The price is based on weight, so you can add as much ice cream and as many toppings as you want. The middle lever on the machine gives a mix of the two side flavors. I got a little too excited and ended up adding almost every flavor to my cup--but by the time I started eating, everything had melted together into one big mix lol My top topping recommendation is boba--it adds a fun, poppable texture! Gummy candy, on the other hand, gets hard and sticks to your teeth, so I wouldn't recommend it. The total cost was about $10.

19700 Stevens Creek Boulevard Cupertino, CA 95014 This is the Yogurtland in "The Marketplace" plaza in Cupertino. I was in the area on a Tuesday evening, so I went to try this fro-yo place. The Marketplace Plaza was pretty crowded at 7pm with all the food places and shops available. But I found parking, and walked over to the Yogurtland. Yogurtland @ Cupertino has the typical Yogurtland decor and features. It's pretty spacious, with a few small tables, and features 7 fro-yo machines with twist. So they offered 21 possible flavors! I made it a point to leave my comfort zone, and try some new flavors: - Matcha Strawberry - Strawberry Mango - Chocolate Hazelnut Lava On April 2, 2024, the price per ounce was 79 cents. They subtract 0.6 oz for the cup (tare) All three flavors were very good. No icy bite, smooth flavor, with a little chalky after taste. I found the Matcha Strawberry very interesting with it's earthy tone, and delightful strawberry flavor. The cashier was nice, but didn't say much. I have been you several Yogurtland in the bay area, and so far 79 cents/ oz is the highest price for a Yogurtland in the SF Bay Area. Free Parking

I've been to this location multiple times. None of the employees there lack a simple skill of understanding how the register work. They keep asking me if I want to weigh all three of the items in one shot and I tell them it's not the same because of the cups. They keep insisting that the cops are free. Because since they're not charging for it, they say it's free. But essentially the cash register knows how to remove the weight of one cup at 0.6 Oz. I show them this on the bill and explain to them that if I put three cups it won't remove the weight of three. And they then still have a problem to understand what that means. So the fact that they are telling people to weigh more than one item and one shot is actually causing them to pay more for something they didn't need to. How's it possible that the employees are not trained about this?

I used to love this place as a child which is why when I drove by it, I decided to stop by but I won't be returning ever again which makes me sad. They have a new assortment of flavors and the inside is really nice and clean. That being said, they don't do samples anymore so instead of buying a lot of what I wanted, I did a bit of a bunch of different flavors which I didn't like. Basically a tapas for froyo. The service was also extremely slow and not super friendly. I waited in line behind one person only for 5-6 minutes for what seemed like a pretty straight forward thing. Also the service wasn't super nice and didn't seem to want to be there. Overall won't be returning here.

my yogurt today was soo yummy. i got cookies n creme with lychee and mango jelly mixed in and honestly i just really love the texture of the jellies theyre so much fun to chew on. and with the brown yogurt it kind of looked like i was eating worms in dirt so i got to pretend i was a bird. honestly great experience 10/10. although i will say that when i was trying to take a picture of a mango jelly to share with fellow google maps reviews users it slipped out of my fingers and landed on the dashboard of my car which was a little gross :/ so i would recommend that if you end up going and getting the mango jelly just maybe dont try to take a picture of one in your fingers. i appreciate the sentiment but i already did it so its kind of unnecessary now. hope this helps!

I remember when there were froyo places everywhere, and I'm so sad how few there are now. I was visiting Cupertino, and I was so happy to find out there was a Yogurtland in the area. I got the plain tart, which was so good! It always hits the spot. I loved that there was a lot of outdoor seating in this complex for us to enjoy our treat.

I love Yogurtland because it's so good and I like this location because it's always keeping up with the new flavors and special edition flavors. The interior is nice and clean and service is really good. Sometimes the toppings are stale but it's kind of expected of Yogurtland. I've been to Yogurtlands nearby and they don't even have some of the regular flavors that this Yogurtland always has. I love Yogurtland!!

You have a wall of (faux) jelly jars of all different flavors once you enter. This place feels very revamped. A "red carpet" greets you upon your approach to the counter. And though there is staff who I suppose could take your order, there is one kiosk tablet to place your order. Lots of seating inside (9 tables). We came on a Sunday afternoon and though the wall display says "SO MANY FLAVORS TO CHOOSE FROM", the inventory behind the glass says "meh not so much". I guess most of the different flavors had sold out already by 3 pm, like some of my favorite seasonals (dragon fruit, ube). However, I was able to get the osmanthus oolong which I love. The taro coconut was light and refreshing so I enjoyed that as well! Today I decided to venture and buy the durian but I have not YET tried it. It wasn't too busy so after placing the order, they had our order in less than 5 minutes. My puppers got to accompany me into the store too. I wish melo melo would open up stores out in the central valley and Sacramento area too.

The music room and bathroom were both clean. Audio quality is solid. However, after ruminating on…read morethe experience once we arrived home, several concerns became clear that ultimately deterred me from returning. Pricing was not straightforward or transparent. Upon arriving, we were told that all the rooms were booked and no follow up questions from their end. This remained the same throughout the entirety of the communication. I had to inquire all the questions, thinking I was asking the right ones to know prices and availability. I was wrong. With my questions, the answers I received were: 1) small room would take about 1 hour and 2) medium room would be about 40-45 minutes. Again, no follow up question from them whether which room we want, offering prices for each room, and asking if we wanted to put our name down. I only asked if the medium price would be the same as small, since we only had 2 people. That's something I should have reworded because what I actually wanted to know is how much would it be for 2 people--this was after 9:30 PM, for a medium room. I want to highlight that even though I am responsible for inquiries for clarification, a general rule also uniformly applies for businesses to be upfront with pricing and services for clarification. In short, that was completely absent throughout the interaction. We didn't know better, since we are not usuals at this establishment, which truly did feel that this was intentionally done to upcharge us. At the time, we chose convenience and said we would take whichever room--small or medium, as they stated--became available first. The medium room became available about 15 minutes after we had returned earlier to ask how to get on the "waitlist." Yet again, the process itself was never explained nor openly offered to us. We were informed of the $99/hour charge for the medium room only after being called up to the front desk/food station area, when the staff member was already writing the price on the receipt with a clipboard. This key detail should have been clearly disclosed at the very beginning of the first interaction--way before the signing at the desk to enter the room. My previous paragraphs can be referenced to this. Instead, signing and entering the room was processed as both the very first and final contact/confirmation. Thus, we weren't given any pricing and details prior until our name was called and came to the desk to sign. That is the primary issue: not disclosing the needed information well in advance until signing. Also, to their other review response --if there were management, then it could be with the person overseeing the computer, whom I directed the questions to. Like other reviewers have mentioned (which, in hindsight, we should have read more closely), there was a noticeable lack of transparency. We essentially had to ask every question ourselves in order to get basic information. Even then, the responses were brief and only addressed exactly what we asked--without offering additional context or details that would have helped us fully understand the pricing or process. And that in itself--is dishonest. Deceptive, too. Because of the lack of intent and transparency, we also weren't offered pricing information with the small room at any given point. So for those who wish to visit this establishment, be mindful of the highly, subtle deception. Perhaps you could try and ask directly for the pricing of each room, depending on head count, but who knows if they would provide information in all the extent needed for customers to make an informed decision. The medium room could fit 6-8 people maximum from our perception. The pricing on the website does not provide any room sizing price, or estimation. Just by head count, so essentially, we were being charged for the 9-10 people ($99/hr rate) that is listed on the webpage. Yes, here's the fine print from the website: "RATES & ROOM CAPACITY: The final rate will be based on either room size or total number of people, with the higher rate applied." If the $99/hr charge was purely due to the medium room size, as it did note that a "higher rate may apply," then that would have been understandable--if that information had been deliberately shared to us well in advance before signing. Even then, it becomes much more questionable since it seems that 6-8 people ($79/hr) could be accommodated in a medium size room. If so, then this was an upcharge, given all information had been nebulous. However, the issue I am pointing out here is the extreme lack of transparency and the involuntary manner in how the information was provided before signing. The general answers mentioned above were disclosed only when prompted by our questions, and even then the responses remained consistently evasive and limited. The quote above was already included in this original post. Read the latest response to see how they confirmed their own fradulence. Never was offered a large yet was given one and upcharged.

Edit: While I appreciate the reply from the business owner, none of these points were communicated…read moreto me or my partner. In spite of multiple reviews warning of the exact same issue regarding predatory pricing, the fact that this continues to be an issue while policy is only clarified in the replies of Yelp business reviews means that there is no serious consideration to review feedback or address our concerns in any meaningful way. If the customer has to make multiple inquiries as to what the pricing structure is without any upfront information such as what the business owner provided, then that policy only exists in fine print as insurance for the business' benefit. This is especially true because in this case, you cannot find what the rate for a room is on their website, and this policy was never communicated at any point of our interaction. I could appreciate the fact that pricing was agreed upon before we signed and went to our room, but that's only because that singular piece of information was never conveyed beforehand and which would have given us the opportunity to make a different decision. Because of this, I actually now recommend people stay away from this establishment and take their money elsewhere. My partner and I had a very unpleasant experience from this place because we were up charged for a room for 8-10 people at the rate of $99/hr, in spite of there being lower rates for smaller groups at ~$70 or even lower (which are available on their website). However, this being our first time, we weren't made aware that there were different pricing tiers and were led to believe that there were only two rates available by room size alone from small to medium. We were told upfront that there would be an hour-long wait for a small room, so we wanted to take the next available room that came up, which was a "medium-sized room." I know we aren't usuals there and therefore a business-decision was probably made to give us the most expensive rate to extract the most value possible from an unsuspecting couple, I found the practice to leave a bad taste. Beware of being given false time estimates and rates by the man who works there. It was disappointing to be taken advantage of in this way, so we advise looking into their rates first before going into this place. I get that we shouldn't have expected to pay the rate for 1-2 people because we chose a bigger room, but it also doesn't justify getting led into paying more simply because we didn't know any better.
