When I got to the window, there wasn't even anybody standing there waiting. I watch people walk back-and-forth. My order was small and easy to hand out. Why did it take this long? The kid at the window just said "it's busy. I know it's busy." There was no reason for that this wait. I'm at the Dairy Queen at least once a week. I love the Dairy Queen and my blizzards. I just want management to know what happened.

I ordered two rolls, the negi toro roll and the fire ocean roll. I literally have pictures of both because the rice to fish ratio is a complete joke for what they are charging you. It was basically a giant mountain of rice with a tiny sliver of fish hidden inside. The food could have been salvageable but the service was also bad. I was given two sushi rolls with no soy sauce plate, no chopsticks and no napkins. I had to sit there staring at my food while it sat warm on the table. I also ordered edamame and it's a miracle that you can dry something out by steaming it. It was completely shriveled and uneditable. To top it all off, none of the hosts or waitresses paid attention to me for an extended period of time so I talked to the sushi chefs that spoke no english to help me. 5 stars to them because they actually tried to help me out when the rest of the staff ignored me, but unfortunately it doesn't really help the restaurant. Save your money and go somewhere else.

She went on to find her manager, which took exactly 11 more minutes because she could not find the manager. When he did show up, clearly, he must've been outside because he came in with sunglasses on his head. He introduced himself he said what can I do for you? I want to explain to him how we sat for 20 minutes and no one waited at us and we waited another 11 minutes to speak to him clearly there's some issues with customer service. He tried to offer us to buy us dinner and try to make it up to us, which was very honorable the sad part about all this is they weren't that busy and there was waitresses and waiters all around us and no one took the time to find out why we were sitting there and not being helped. The top it all off the hostess who is young is just stupid. She's young and dumb and stupid. Clearly BJ's brewhouse needs to do a lot more training with their customer service in the front of house. this was a horrible experience and I will tell you that we'll probably never go back to BJ's brewhouse again. I really can't say anything bad about the food cause we didn't get anything. We didn't even get a glass of water so I will tell you this there are a lot better options in Reno Nevada than BJ's brewhouse.

When we entered the restaurant, they had a few customers but not overly busy. We approached the cashier (as opposed to ordering at the kiosk-- keep humans employed!) and I ordered the lamb burger. After a few minutes, I received my order and we were on our merry way. The burger was visually enticing (albeit too much arugula for my liking but that's my personal preference), I liked the flavor of the lamb burger patty; it was seasoned nicely and cooked well, the tzatziki sauce complimented it perfectly. My only critique was the bun could've been buttered and/or kissed the grill for a bit, it was too plain and dry for my liking. With that said, my overall first impression of Burger Me! was still positive and their service was good; the staff was friendly; so, I look forward to trying them and their other burgers next time we're near the Summit Mall.
