Check-in was super easy and the staff were brief and clear in what I would need for class. The locker room was clean and they have a hair dryer and hair bands available. After class, tea was available in the lobby for sipping and they have a nice selection of wellness products to browse around.

Went for a trial class for our daughter. Now, I don't know how the studio operates usually, but as…read morea first-timer, we did not enjoy the experience. We walked in and were not greeted (maybe they're not used to new people?) and it seemed to be run by young people (20 year olds). We had to ask them for instructions on what to do because they weren't saying anything. The dancers all seemed to know exactly what to do, so maybe everyone is used to how things go, but we didn't like that there was no lead for first-timers. Kind of seemed like no one cared to see us in, or out. So we left and never came back. There was one TV monitor where you watch each class on a square on the monitor (4-6 squares on one screen) and a small space where you have to fit in with all the other waiting parents and siblings.

I've tried mat pilates and it was so much strain on my neck, but I took the intro class and loved it! After a couple classes I ended up upgrading my membership and paying for the year. The instructors are excellent, the two Sarahs and Maura are my favorite. I am able to modify everything so theres never a time I'm just sitting there watching class feeling left out or embarrassed. Speaking of embarrassed, I'm not as limber as anyone else there, but the way everything is set up and how friendly everyone is I've never been embarrassed when everyone else is bent over grabbing the bar and I'm only grabbing my knees. The girls at the front are friendly and welcoming. They quickly learn names, which makes a big difference compared to traditional gyms. I was worried about being able to get in to classes since they seem to book up, but now that i've joined I just book a couple weeks ahead of time and get in all the classes I want. Highly recommend. It's been a great experience

I had a very frustrating experience with this place. It's extremely difficult to secure a spot in…read morethe classes, and the app is unreliable. I drove to class three different times. Each time I arrived on time, but they didn't have my reservation. One of those times I was just one minute late, but the other two times I was exactly on time--and there's supposed to be a 5-minute grace period. The only solution they offered was to remove someone else from the class, which I wasn't comfortable with, so I had to go back home. The final straw was this morning. I booked a class, showed up, and once again my name wasn't on the list. Apparently, the app canceled my booking instead of confirming it. According to the front desk, the system showed I booked at 4:00 AM (when I was asleep) and canceled at 7:15 AM. Completely unbelievable. I tried, I really tried, but due to these repeated issues and the unreliable system, I decided to cancel my subscription.

Maura is engaged with her students throughout the entire class. She pays attention to your form, makes sure you're doing each movement correctly, and genuinely wants you to reach your maximum potential. She always gives modifications if you need to make something easier, while also offering ways to make it more challenging if you want to push yourself. One of the things I appreciate most about Maura is that she actually corrects your posture and form. That is SO important in Pilates, and you can tell she is truly watching and invested in every student instead of simply teaching from the front of the room. Unfortunately, my experience with some of the other instructors has felt much more flat and routine. There have been classes where the instructor mostly walks up and down the room, gives the sequence, and seems focused on simply getting through the class, with very little correction or individual feedback. That difference is exactly what makes Maura stand out so much. She is present, attentive, encouraging, and actually teaches. I honestly wish I could have Maura for every single class I attend! Earlier classes usually work better for my schedule, but I will gladly make the sacrifice from time to time to attend her evening classes because she is absolutely worth it. I wish more instructors brought Maura's level of personality, energy, attention, and genuine care into their classes. She makes the experience so much better, and most importantly, she makes sure her students are doing everything safely and correctly. I just love her and cannot recommend her enough!
