What makes us different? 1- Pre-assessment We start with 15 minutes phone consultation which is free. During the consultation, we talk about your needs, the poses you really want to practice, the difficulties and limitations you might have, and injuries or conditions if you have any. Also, we answer your questions or possible concerns. Then we send you a pre-assessment form which helps both of us with clarity and more detailed information. 2- Assessment class During the assessment class, we go through a few sequences and pose groups to see where you are regarding your level of flexibility, strength, and stamina. Another helpful aspect is to discuss how you feel during poses. Feeling limitation, slight pain, or inability to move forward in a certain pose usually signals something important. We also work around difficult poses by applying modifications. We sent you a post-assessment form once the assessment is complete. The post-assessment form includes your strengths as well as your limitations. It also includes areas to focus on and useful stretches that will help you reach your goals. 3 - Private content and weekly follow-ups (completely optional and no additional fee required)
