She taught me so much about the right kinds of foods to eat for my goals -- definitely NOT a "one-diet-fits-all" approach. She listened to my needs and desires and helped me customize a workout and menu that fits my lifestyle. Thanks to Karen, I'm in better shape then I ever thought I would be! She also used Reiki while helping me stretch out one problem shoulder I had. It was amazing, so I also had a few Reiki treatments from her. The event was great. The staff was informative and attentive, especially knowing it was my first time. I was welcomed with some hot tea. Restrooms were clean. Everything is beautifully wrapped and fairly priced. I lost track of the number of crystals I purchased here and recently my husband's beautiful singing bowl! They do live shows on Facebook too and we recently hosted a live show as a fundraiser for a local food pantry. Shima was so generous that she increased and MATCHED the donation for this food pantry. What a beautiful soul! I love all the jewelry and all the crystals and everything else I've purchased in her shop! I can't recommend them enough! Just go check them out!
