A previous knee injury was worsened by a fall few weeks earlier, but the other leg was not functioning and was painful - like all of a sudden. It felt like something else was going on but like I said, I wasn't sure. I was told that cranial sacral work might be good for me. I did some investigation of bodyworkers with that skill and from the reviews here and the tone of the website, I thought Francesca might be helpful. I was leaving for vacation in less than a week, and had a bunch of other commitments that made it difficult to schedule a time. Francesca worked her schedule to make space for me, for which I am appreciative. What followed was a huge healing for me. I felt very comfortable with her immediately and was able to go right to the source of the problem which was located in my body. Francesca guided me, comforted me, and moved the energy in my body in such a way that I was able to get up and walk after the session, with only a slight pain in my injured knee. It was amazing. I continued to work with her after that and my knee improved as well.
