Visited on a Saturday afternoon after dim sum. It wasn't busy. We had a decent sized group with 4 separate orders. There seemed to be only one person taking orders and making drinks. I ordered 2 drinks. One of my drinks came out fairly quick (after the the line of orders were taken). But then more people came in and ordered. My second drink was forgotten about. I think I asked about my second drink about 20 mins later and she began making it (Vietnamese iced coffee). There were also other customers that were waiting unnoticed to place orders. Drinks were okay/decent. They did let me sample a couple milk teas when I wasn't sure what I wanted. read more

We passed by this place after eating dim sum next door. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. However, the milk teas were a bit disappointing - there was no tea aroma, a lack of creaminess, and too much sugar. Be aware that the Matcha Milk Tea they offer has matcha and milk tea in the mix, instead of matcha and milk as in Matcha Milk Teas offered at other places. read more

New cute boba place that I found by accident! So glad I went in before their grand opening so I was able to get their deal which was buy two get one free! Their taro was impeccable! The mangonada was pretty good but too sweet for my taste. While I wasn't able to taste the last drink, which was milk tea, the person who devoured it said it was fantastic. All of forgiven because I'm pretty sure we'll go there again and I will definitely have to grab my own milk tea! Lol read more

Came in 10/7 ordering 2 drinks and mozzarella. They never gave me the mozzarella and I forgot about it. So by the time I left and realized, they were already getting ready to close. I called back and they didn't pick up. So the next morning 10/8 I called them back asking about if I could either just redeem it next time or get my money for it back. The girl just decided to hang up on me. I don't know why their employee was so rude to not even be able to say anything to me. Just hanging up on their customers is a thing for them I suppose. This place definitely has a certain vibe to it and is a very good spot if your looking to chill and sip on some good boba. Sometimes they will run out of honey boba and I will go to milk run but this is my go to spot for boba. Plus they have really good tasting treats like their waffle ice cream and cheesecake! This was the first spot I ever went to try Boba and it is still my favorite spot! I usually get the Mango Yo tea with lychee jelly and boba and it always hits the spot. We came in tonight and there was no one there. My first bubble waffle. I went with cookies and cream and a mochi. There was a mochi buffet i couldnt resist. Both were great! Nice little boba place that I stumbled upon after eating at the Chinese restaurant beside it. They have milk tea, boba drinks, appetizers, waffle ice creams and soft serve yogurt ice cream. Called in for two Hokkaido milk teas but didn't know it was 10 minutes before they closed and we weren't gonna go because we felt bad but the lady that was working there was sweet enough to wait for us to get there and insisted that it was okay. Me and my family loves boba drinks with different flavors and Yoba Hut has the best boba. I can tell the boba is fresh and what's so good about it is they somehow flavor the boba that makes taste have taste unlike other places that have bland boba. the sweetness of the drinks are just perfect to my taste .... wait there's more they have some of the best macaroons Ive ever tasted and yet the cheapest i have so far at $1 each. Really enjoyed coming here for a sweet treat! I got the bubble waffle cone and loved it. They even had mozzarella stick and other appetizers you could get. They did take a while to make the food considering we were the o lyk ones there, but it was no big deal. It's a bit hidden from the public eye but is a great place to stop by to settle your sweet tooth. read more

I got the Tiramisu cheesecake and it kinda tasted like pancake and syrup. More of a cake than a cheesecake. I also got a chocolate banana and it was more of a dark chocolate coating. My bf got a viet coffee and said it was good! There was one outlet we were able to work with, but there was no public wifi even tho it said so on yelp. I looooooove Yoba Hut! Whenever I have dim sum at Great Wall, I stop in. Occasionally I pop in to grab a milk tea with boba at lunch. Or I pop in randomly when I have a craving. I always get great service, it is always exceptionally clean (as in spotless), and my drinks are always delicious. The jellies are all good, and their honey boba is also delicious (the first time I went, it was a bit hard but every other time since, it has been perfect). I have never tried the yogurt, but I hear good things about it. Today, I had a craving... at 845pm. They close at 9. I raced over, got there at 858 and got great service with a smile as usual. They were out of the honey boba (sad) but hey, they were closing in two minutes. Really love that this place opened up near where I live and work, and next to my favorite dim sum place too! I happen to find a new boba shop next to great wall restaurant over the weekend, Me and my friend were craving something to drink after eating dim sum.. If you're a boba lover, you will not find this place a very good spot to get your boba drinks at. Their drinks are not creamy, they taste sort of watered down. To be fair, the service is good, and this is a good spot to bring friends to hangout and socialize, but if the drinks aren't good, there is no reason to come back. This was my second time here and it wasn't any better the second time around. I tried the waffle ice cream, and it's expensive for only ONE scoop of ice cream. I barely had any ice cream to eat with the waffle. I think this place only gets service because it's right next to the Great Wall - a dim sum restaurant that gets packed. Everyone likes to indulge in some dessert after a good meal, and Yobahut is just right down the corner of the same plaza so it's just convenient. read more

We had just had dinner at Great Wall and wanted some boba. It was close to being closed for the evening, so we hurried to get our order in. It was pretty busy towards the end of the evening. We ordered 4 drinks among us with boba and jelly. The boba was terrible and the drinks were sub par. The service was ok. She was working really hard to get all the drinks out at the end of the night. Maybe she had an off day, but none of our drinks tasted very good. My taro drink was chalky, and the boba was very hard. The other drinks were ok, but not worth the price we paid. read more

The staff took a very long time with the order and then forgot it. Their order system is not at all organized and others take your order if you don't pay attention. My friend got her order before us and her ice cream melted because we waited that long for ours. They didn't offer a discount for forgetting. Their options are very limited as well. I will definitely not be coming back here for anything besides ice cream from here on out and even that is a hard maybe. I wish more places had pricing integrity- their website doesn't reflect it and neither did the barista. *edit to add the coffee is extremely sweet and milky, tastes more like sweet milk than a latte :(

Especially when the French fries are heavily seasoned with rosemary--a bit too much.

It can take up to 30 minutes just to place an order and close to an hour to receive a drink. Having only one person running the shop is clearly not working. At this point, the pricing, service, and wait times do not match the experience being provided. After multiple visits, nothing has improved, and there is no reason to continue coming back.
