This is an airport sushi bar so I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this review. The sushi was good quality and the setup is quite nice. The staff also did a great job and were ready to help when needed. I also liked the conveyor belt of constant choice and availability. The downside is the price which is a mix of airport prices meets Danish cost of living. If you're on your own dime and on a budget this not the place for you. I'd recommend the Gasoline burger which is also pretty awesome and a much better price. Yo! Sushi is at least pretty good quality so enjoy if you stick around.

I was at the airport in Copenhagen, Denmark waiting for my next flight and came upon this really cute sushi restaurant so I knew I had to try it. It's a cool concept with revolving sushi dishes and you choose what you like! They are priced according to the color of the dish which is added up at the end of your tab. I had the edamame, tuna roll, and avocado roll. Overall, it was good but the rice was a bit too hard for my taste and it wasn't the best sushi I ever had but I still really like the concept and enjoyed it.

8/18/17 Fresh sushi prepared before your eyes. No fish odor while the staff cleans and preps the fish in the open prep area. Loved the presentation and the options of choosing off the conveyor belt. I tried seaweed salad and some lovely sushi combo plates. Everything I chose was fresh and tasty. The prices are high, but they are high all over Copenhagen, so it's expected; especially at the airport. I'd go back if ever in CPH again.

It's a cool concept to watch you're food rotate on a conveyor belt like contraption but the sushi did not hit the spot. Yes, the sushi is fresh but it didn't taste very appetizing nor look it. I think if you are craving sushi and you are at the airport come to Yo! Sushi but do not come with high expectations. Avocado roll was ok, nothing special. DO NOT EAT THE EDAMAME. It was cold and not good at all. Salmon sashimi and salmon maki were okay, but not the best I have tasted. Waiters and waitresses were very helpful! Different colors of the plates determine the price you pay which is all calculated in the end!

We were at the airport in Copenhagen, Denmark and decided to try this place we had never heard of before. It is called Yo Sushi, and it is one of those revolving sushi places. In Australia they call them sushi train. They prepare the food, and put them in colored containers. They then place the containers of food on a revolving conveyor belt that goes around and around the seating area. Each color container is a different price point. In a nutshell, the process goes in 4 steps. First, you find a place to sit. Second, you take or order what you want from the moving conveyor belt. Third, you eat your choices. Fourth, you pay. We chose to share 3 items. We actually ordered each of those items because they were not available on the conveyor belt at that time. Chicken Katsu was average. Edible, but nothing to write home about. Overpriced and would not recommend. (2 stars) Kimchee Salmon Bun was pretty good. Good flavor, but also overpriced for such a little portion. (3 stars) The Seafood Udon soup was really good. Also expensive, but would order again anyways. (4 stars) Overall, I rate them 2.5 stars. If service had been better I would round it up to 3 stars. Since it was not, and they were overpriced...just 2 stars. There are other places at this airport where your money is better spent.

Came to grab a quick lunch before my flight. With the choice being either sushi or Starbucks, I opted for the former. I bought a pre-packed lunch that was well priced and quote filling. It was not the best sushi ever, but it was good. The food was fresh and staff were friendly. Not a bad lunch if you're on the go and need something decent and filling.

Worst prawns and rice I ever tasted. Not even cheep 164 kr for an bowel of rise pwawns and a coke

Great food, but know what you're getting into. This is a classic, Japanese-style sushi bar with dishes that circulate on a conveyor through the dining area. Choose and eat whatever you want and as much as you want, then pay according to the number and color of plates stacked in front of you! Delicious, high-quality sushi, including appetizers (seaweed salad, edamame) and dessert (mochi). The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Know what you're getting into -- this is a *sushi* restaurant in the *airport* of one of the most *expensive* cities in the world -- what about that suggests inexpensive or even moderately-priced? My hubby and I are two big guys and can put away some food. Each of us had a seaweed salad, several entrees, some veggie dishes, a soft drink, and we split a dessert; this cost us a total of US$86/€75/570 DKK. Overall, we would absolutely eat here again.

This place is cool! A circulating conveyor belt with sushi plates in different colors (that's how they price the plates). Food choices are from edamame, seaweed salad, sushi rolls, nigiri, stir fry chicken plates, containers of different nuts and bottle of water. The sushi are surprisingly good, they are fresh and tasty and definitely more than I expected. Definitely worth the try.

First off, you need to have a reservation to eat here. We did not, (party of 4) so we waited a little time for a table. Being on vacation with nothing else going on, we did not mind sitting outside for 90 minutes and having drinks on this beautifully warm July evening. The cocktails and beers were all very good as was the food. Everything was excellent, in fact, including the service which may have been a little slow but again, I think that's just because we are used to the way things are in Chicago and wouldn't be considered slow for the rest of the world. We sat outside for drinks and then inside for our meal. Both seatings were very nice. The bill seemed a little pricey but I think that's typical of Europe in general. Everyone spoke English very well and the menu was easy to understand. Considering the quality of food, drinks, and service we received, it was worth the price. We would definitely go back as this was a short walk from our Airbnb apartment to which we will be returning in 10 days. Great food & drinks!

Since day 1 we've been itching to give it a try but schedule just didn't permit it. So we made it a point to dine here on our last night in Copenhagen. True enough it didn't disappoint. Came in without a reservation on a Sunday night and we were seated right away. We decided to get the "As good As It Gets" combo which includes the following: Sesame Edamame - soya beans, grilled with supreme soy & sesame Hotate Kataifi - scallops, miso aioli, trout roe, kataifi & shiso cress Kani Korokke - crab croquettes with wasabi caesar Ebi Bites - tempura shrimp, miso aioli, chili, lime & coriander Tuna Tartare - tuna, avocado, sesame, miso, yuzu and spring onion on crispy flat bread Shake Tataki - salmon, sake-tamari marinated trout roe, daikon, miso, ponzu & daikon cress Hiramasa Kataifi - hiramasa, kataifi, chives, shiso, truffle oil & ponzu Temaki Setto (create your own handroll) - wagyu tartare, lobster & yuzu, kataifi, cress, soya sesame, avocado and sake-tamari marinated ttrout roe with sushi rice and crispy nori Ebi Panko - tempura shrimp & spicy sauce, topped with avocado New York Subway - tempura shrimp, avocado & spicy sauce, topped with salmon & garlic gindaro no miso, black cod & miso Hotate Bacon - scallops & bacon with miso herb It may sound or look like too much but we definitely devoured every single bit of the set. We came around 7PM on a Monday and it wasn't too busy. We were able to walk in and get sat right away outside (I definitely recommend sitting outside). It's got a nice view! Our server was very kind & answered a ton of questions we had about what to choose etc. We started with the tuna tartare which was light and refreshing. I thought the avocado on it would be more like cut up pieces instead of more like guacamole. I thought it would be better that way. I didn't love the texture of the avocado they put. We also got the blanched spinach with the goma sauce which was tasty but I wish it was warm instead of cold! It was a pretty small portion as well. Things I really loved: the seared salmon sushi - it was very fresh & the pieces were large! We got the wagyu stick and MYYYY GOD if steak were butter than that's how I'd describe the texture. Sprinkle a little of the flaky salt on it and it's one of the best things I've put in my mouth. Things I didn't love: the miso cod stick. I've had this before elsewhere and it's been way better. I expected the texture to be buttery and for it to not taste fishy - it was neither of those. Also, Ted Dansen & Lilly Collins walked right past our table so overall had a really cool experience here!
