Orders are taken at the counter, they provide you with a number marker, and servers will attend to your table when the orders are ready. This took a bit of time, but for a Saturday night with our big party they did pretty well. We filled up the wait time with hookah, taking photos in the beautiful patio, and socializing. The women's bathroom was spacious and clean, with a full-length mirror for outfit checks. There is an indoor smoking room as well, for the more kick-back "don't-bother-me" sessions. It was loaded with meat--honestly, the amount you'd normally have to ask for double meat at other places. The meat had a nice crispy edge, and the lamb was seasoned perfectly. So good. The owner was a one-man show, hustling hard during a busy lunch rush, juggling takeout orders like a pro. Despite being slammed, he was incredibly kind and made sure everyone was taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I also loved the unassuming storefront and the décor inside--lots of pride shown for our country and local law enforcement, with flags and service patches displayed throughout.
