Instead, he directed me to a wall of pickup orders and had me locate my own package. After I brought it to the counter, he simply removed the tag and completed the transaction. I've used store pickup at this location before, and staff retrieved the order for me. This experience felt indifferent and unprofessional, with no effort made to assist the customer or verify the order before sending me to find it myself. It gave the impression that customer service was an inconvenience rather than a priority. The weakest part about his terrible customer service was the wall is right next to his cashier station and there were no customers in line behind me or the second cashier.
