Vibrant Skin…read moreBar abruptly let go of one of their lead injectors and gave clients less than 72 hours' notice, the same amount of notice they require from clients or they fine you. That double standard alone tells you everything you need to know. The lack of communication, respect, and basic professionalism is repulsive. Letting go of your best provider with no warning and leaving loyal clients scrambling is not how a reputable business operates. The owner's behavior feels shady at best, and I no longer trust this practice with anything related to my face or my money. If you're looking for quality aesthetics, transparency, and professionalism, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. There are far better providers who actually value their clients.

Wow, I've never had a worse experience at a med spa before. The office is beautiful and staff are…read moresuper friendly. Upon meeting holly, I felt like I was told misleading information. First of all, I have for the past 3 years gotten a certain amount of dysport (with receipts to show) in my masseter and she recommended a number of units extremely over the amount that I have previously gotten while checking and telling me my muscle was not that strong. I am curious why she would suggest more units in an area that is already showing muscle weakening? She said that the number of units relates to how long the dysport will last which I have never heard before. While I'm in the waiting room, I am doing a virtual medical evaluation, which cost me $125, and was never disclosed to me. I ended up leaving and paying the $125 for a lady over the computer to tell me that I'm healthy enough for dysport which was a scam. I left the office and gave them their $125 and now they're asking me sign a HIPPA release form to send me over what I signed without getting any treatment. I pay 3 times the amount of what they're charging in California and I still refused the treatment due to their lack of knowledge, not having to due to what they're charging

I booked a Brow Magic appointment with Tara, and overall I was happy with the service and my brows. My only disappointment was the timing. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. Since there isn't a receptionist, I checked myself in and waited. Around 3:47, Tara popped her head out and let me know she'd need about 7 more minutes, which was completely understandable. However, it ended up being closer to 15 minutes. Around 4, she came out with her previous client, checked her out, and booked her next appointment before bringing me back. I totally understand that appointments can run over, and things happen, but I felt like there wasn't much acknowledgment of the delay or consideration for my time. Thankfully, I didn't have anywhere else I needed to be, but if I had, it could have been frustrating. I think what stood out to me most is that if I had shown up 15 minutes late, I likely would have been charged a fee or asked to reschedule. I believe that same respect for clients' time should go both ways. With that being said, I probably won't be back. The space was beautiful and the shop was cute though.
