It's definitely a good portion with 3 enchiladas with lettuce, radish slices, crema on top and a side of Rice with corn and carrots throughout and Creamy Pinto Beans! To finish our meal, we scored the last slice of the Strawberry Vanilla Tres Leches Cake! The rice and beans are a perfect layer of goodness, the crunch from the fresh veggies, that smoky and spicy (light) of the chorizo, richness of that avacado, and finished off with that nice creamy aioli. Then I hit it with the kick or the lime and extra spice of the salsa. I'm in heaven. Oh then add side tart, tangy, and crunchy bites of the pickled veg. Waaaaawhoooo was my tummy happy. I'd like to say, I want to come back and all their other options such as their soft and questo tacos or biria. However as I am not in Maui much, probably going back for my home run.
