Then when trying to coordinate another time for a consultation they say they can't meet for the rest of the week and throw out a ridiculous estimate not even seeing the property. If they're not interested in business they're better off ghosting customers than wasting their time like that and actively pushing away business. Can't speak to quality of their work.
