“Wallingford Center is definitely the best of the locations, free parking and a big store with civilized dressing rooms.”

Of course at the long checkout, there are all the teases of things you want to try out. I was helped by Angelique R. who was welcoming, helpful and very professional. I loved the dresses I got and am looking forward to my next trip to Seattle, so I can come find more fashion treasures. My favorite dress was way over $400 at Nordstrom. Getting it at $160 was an amazing deal. Love this store!

There were several sections for men's, women's, kid's apparels, shoes, accessories like bags, totes, suitcases, home goods, jewelry and so many more stuff. The store was mostly tidy. Some sections were messy due to customers trying them out and leaving items on the floor. There were plenty of good deals and prices available all around the store. I can to the store to find a duffle bag for our extra stuff. I found a good one in the luggage area for a reasonable price. I also had a $10 discount coupon available for my birthday month. Staff member at the register was friendly. She quickly proceeded the checkout. Overall we were happy with the shopping experience here, but they can certainly improve on appearance and lighting of the store.

Holy crow gals! I firmly believe anyone with a modicum of sassy sensibility in Olympia should check…read morethis place out because you're going to fall in LOVE! No matter what size, from the cutest curves (me) to slink-tastic (my bestie) we always find the best gear here! I even found the softest darn Seahawks scarf for my fella (I really DID have every intention of giving it to him. It's the thought counts right?) After walking by for TWO years looking at the Esther Williams suits in the window thinking "Little bit spendy for me right this second, just walk on, the Target, Amazon, Big-lots suit will last..." they did not. You get what you pay for. My Esther has been in chlorine pools, on the river, in saltwater and is still as pretty as the day I bought it. I'm not kind to bathing suits but this one has weathered any damage I may inflict. By my math, at $30 a pop, having to replace 2 times a summer? Pfft! I got a bargain. Three years and I STILL get compliments on my suit (and sassy socks, dresses and the softness of my *err* boyfriend's scarf)-that's amazing. Super long review short, the proprietor took the time and care to fit me for a KILLER bathing suit that has lasted beautifully for 3 years and still makes me feel pretty when I put it on. I highly recommend.

But they do have some good quality clothing. I went in to buy some jeans but unfortunately, they were out of my size in most varieties ‍. Found a good pair from their sale rack though. It was clear that there was significant tension among the staff members. No one appeared happy and the employees seemed to be on edge. This lack of harmony directly impacted the service. The stylist would disappear for long periods of time. She forgot what I was looking for and what she was getting for me. The lack of communication was so poor that a shirt I wanted to buy was actually given to another customer while I was still in the fitting room. The styling assistance was truly insulting. I told the stylist that I wear a size 26 or 27 in bottoms and a small in tops. I was specifically looking for professional work clothes. Instead, the stylist ignored my requests and brought me casual sweatshirts in sizes large and extra large. She repeatedly brought me pants and jeans in a size 30 and insisted that I was larger than I am. When I finally tried on a pair of size 26 Paige jeans that fit perfectly, she told me she was surprised that they actually fit. This experience felt like a form of body shaming and gaslighting. A customer should never be treated this way.
