And she gave GREAT foot! And that alone will bring me back, cause the rest of the massage could be "meh"', but as long as the foot massage is on point I will always come back ;-D They offer foot reflexology and massage, along with a combo of the two with a verity of time length options from 30 minutes up to 90 minutes (still looking for someone that'll do a 2 hour!) There is also a "Therapy" massage option where they focus on a specific area which is not often found these days. So if you're ever on this side of town and get the urge for a massage, be it a full body or just a little treat for the feet, I highly recommend giving these ladies a try.

Pricing felt fairly reasonable for the length of the massage sessions we received. The establishment itself was clean, but it was somewhat noisy due to its close proximity to a busy street like Bellaire, which slightly took away from the relaxation factor. After we finished and went to pay, I noticed a $5 surcharge for card payments. I'm not sure what the charge was for, but I do wish it had been disclosed more clearly upfront. Overall, a decent spot for massages with fair pricing--just a few transparency and noise-related improvements would elevate the experience.

I have been working like crazy the past few weeks and spent a great deal of time on my feet on concrete. My body was feeling run down. So I needed to find a spot that could give a good massage. I'm glad I came upon Memorial Foot Relax. I shop in Bunker Hill a bit and have seen this place before. Something said try it out today. I went inside and was instantly greeted. I decided to get the foot massage and back massage combo. The foot massage was decent. I nodded off a few times. After that I was taken to another room for the back massage. My masseuse asked me what level of pressure I'd like and I told her I needed firm. I'm a big guy who does Olympic lifting. I need intense pressure to work out knots and tension. She said okay. Next thing I know she's hopped on the table and walking on my back. It was epic. Every knots and pressure spot was massaged out. I left there feeling great. Definitely going back! Affordable prices, no wait, clean and staff wears masks. Thanks Memorial for helping make a bad better so much better!

I came in with an open…read moremind, hoping for a relaxing and professional experience, but I left feeling uncomfortable and deeply concerned. From the moment I walked in, the building had a strong musty, almost moldy odor. The restroom I used wasn't filthy but certainly wasn't clean -- there were visible stains, dirt, and the toilet hadn't been properly sanitized. That alone was disappointing for a health and wellness setting. In the massage room, I noticed hair and dirt on the floor. I told the student that it was my first time and that I wasn't sure what to do. She told me to take off my shirt and pants and lie on the bed, but her instructions weren't clear. I stood there confused until she returned and demonstrated. I believe there was a language barrier, which made communication difficult and left me feeling uneasy. Before calling me in, the student went into the restroom. I didn't hear the water run, and I was listening -- because I always pay attention to handwashing. When I realized she was the one who came out of the restroom and didn't wash her hands (at least not audibly), that's when it clicked: the very next day, I woke up with one of my eyes puffy, painful, and swollen. I can't say with absolute certainty, but I strongly believe this reaction came from either the lotion applied to my face or from the headrest -- possibly contaminated due to poor hygiene. I also was not informed I'd be lying on a heated pad, which I strongly dislike. That added to my discomfort. The massage itself was just okay -- some areas felt nice, others did not. Overall, I left feeling more tense than relaxed. For a school that's supposed to train professionals, hygiene, clear communication, and cleanliness should be non-negotiable. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously, especially for the sake of future first-time clients like myself.

A friend of mine suggested I come here and see one of the massage therapists. I'm so glad he told…read moreme about this place. I typically don't like to have a female massage therapist, because they don't provide enough pressure for me, but this woman did. She worked out knots without leaving me sore after. When she was using her elbows, she kept her free hand on me rubbing lightly, so I had a combination of two pressures at once. Even at times when her touch was as light as a feather, it felt incredibly good. I didn't realize I'm as flexible as I am until she started twisting me up like a pretzel. I feel at least 2 inches taller after those stretches. They felt great. A great compliment to the massage is the steam room with a shower. You'll be provided with a robe, slippers, and towels. They also have shampoo and conditioner, and body wash. I melted in that room. The steam relaxed me even more, and the shower in the midst of that was just awesome. It gave me life. Pricing is pretty cheap. It's not as cheap as someplace you'd go for reflexology, but still a good price for a massage. My massage lasted an hour and a half and my total was $95. This does not include the tip.
