Dropped off some newly purchased ties July 28th to the Owasso location for a charity event that Saturday. Ties were returned completely damaged and falling apart at the back seams. Not in any condition to be worn. Location Manager claimed they were an easy fix and she would mend them. I requested a damage claim instead since they were purchased specifically for the event. Went through the hassle of providing receipts to show the purchase price of each tie. Passed me off to corporate and now an entire MONTH later I have still received zero word or update. Bill Rothrock - General Manager - is unreachable. I have left several voicemails and been in touch with customer care - Julie - to no avail. NO refund. NO response. Take your business elsewhere if possible! We will be switching to Waterstone Cleaners and hope to have a better experience there. POSTED AUGUST 31st - NO RESOLUTION UPDATED SEPTEMBER 1st - Absolutely horrid experience with the GM of Yale Cleaners (12801 E 86th St N, Owasso, OK) - Bill Rothrock. When Mr.Rothrock did reach out he was extremely combative and argumentative. Spent a decent amount of time disputing the fact that he DID NOT contact either me or my husband. Mr.Rothrock magically got the correct number after I left a distasteful review though. He stated that damage to ties is extremely common and we would not be receiving any kind of reimbursement. At the bare minimum we could have received a refund for the cleaning fee but he tactlessly responded that the ties were cleaned. Both ties were returned falling apart at the back seams and absolutely unwearable for the event. The only solution we were provided was that they be mended by the store itself. When we picked up the repaired ties there was still visible damage and issues. Attaching photos of a clearly asymmetrical tie that was "repaired". These ties were purchased new and unworn. Any and all damage is a direct result of Yale Cleaners services. This is where I usually take my clothes for dry cleaning. I love that they have been around for so long (50 years!) and that they're a family owned business. Obviously, since they've been a round for a while, one of the perks is that they seem to have a pretty good grasp of the industry and customer service. They offer same day service (6 days a week), express bags, car-hop service, laundry, preservation, button insurance and more! Plus they are green as much as they can, they recycle hangers and use environmentally friendly dry cleaning products. The first time I tried them I had quite the challenge for them (or so I thought). I had gone to a bar the night before where smoking is allowed (need I say more?). My clothes were literally impregnated with cigarette smell, my pants, shirt, scarf and even coat. So I took them all and they were able to bring it ALL out! And it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. read more

We used Yale cleaners in owasso. Was pretty happy with the service and how they appeared to be professional. Key word here is appeared. My wife purchased me a LV hoodie two Months ago ($1,400) I took it to be cleaned for the second time and they damaged it. I was told about the damage when I picked up the rest of my order. I was told the following.... We damaged your hoodie during the cleaning process, I asked what happened and she said she didn't know but that they had ordered the parts to replace what was damaged and would replace them or replace the hoodie. I never got an update other than the call to come pick it up. I went to pick it up and the "repair" was subpar.... There were no replacement parts as I talked to my LV rep and verified this so that was a lie! When we reached out to Bill he was a pompous, arrogant man who told my wife that he and his "repair committee" had met (what a joke) and unanimously voted to not replace the garment and that the repair was acceptable. So many things wrong with this.... Who has a repair committee? Only someone who RUNIS so many garments that it warrants one! And I am the customer, not Bill! The repair was not acceptable to me. I delivered my clothing to you in perfect condition, they didn't require repair and under your care they had to be repaired.... SIMPLE! He also told my wife (this is where the pompous and arrogant comes in) that a small claims court would agree with them. She asked him if he was threatening with small claims court? We had not even mentioned that! BUT now just for the principal of the matter I will move forward with small claims court. EVEN if I don't win rest assured it will cost him far more in time and stress to deal with me in court and that doesn't include the amount of people who decline using their services after reading all the reviews we left on google, FB etc. POOR, POOR business practice! read more

So Saturday my husband dropped off a suit and a couple shirts he needed for work the following week...We'll he received all of his things EXCEPT for his dress pants. We notify them that's we did not receive them. They ask for the correct protocol as in - was it scanned- Yes it was. My sister is getting married this weekend. Dropped my bridesmaid dress off to be cleaned for the big event. Set to leave on Thursday, I go to pick the dress up Wednesday evening. Lo and behold, THEY DON'T HAVE MY DRESS. They try to pass off another woman's dress as mine. I found he'll theaters through social media Tulsa. I was so impressed by the brand personality and their dedication to customer service, I had to give them a try. Not only are their rates fantastic, I had a full-size faux fur a comforter cleaned for only $30, but their turnaround is incredible! This rating is specifically for the manager. We had missing pants and I called just to find out if they may have gotten left out. Took me multiple times to get anyone to talk to me and when I finally talked to the manager he was beyond rude, annoyed to even speak to me. I was never rude about it, just wanted to clarify. He said he would pull security footage and let me know. He then TEXTED me back with a series of pictures that proved nothing except my clothing were the ones in the pictures. Never called me back, just texted. Extremely unprofessional. This is not the first issue I had there but this was the final issue. read more

Aweful! Crooked! I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned after my destination wedding before I had to wear it again at the reception back in the states. When I went to get it the dress was ruined! I have no idea what they did but the fabric had what looked like runs/ streaks in pantyhose. I tried to speak with them about it and they took no blame just said they would re-clean it and see if it would fix it. It obviously wasn't stains! When I got it again same thing, and the manager wouldn't even speak to me about it. I asked for my money back or partial reimbursement and they refused! I picked up my clothes and after I got home, I found the coupon I had received in the mail awhile back.. I returned to Yale with in 15 minutes of pick-up to apply for the discount and I was told by Bill (the owner) that once the ticket is closed, the discount cannot be applied due to the accounting system. No where on the coupon does it state that it must be presented at time of pick up, but aside from that, I'm certain Bill could have made some sort of accommodation for customer service. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. The manager of this location is simply a coward, best way to put it. My shirt was damaged by his location, it was starched completely different than the other shirts and was obviously left on the press for too long creating multiple holes on of the sleeves. I called and spoke to the manager and he told me to drop the item off and he would review the damage. After dropping the item off a week went by and I had not heard anything from the manager. So I waited.. The following week I called and left multiple messages each day for him to call me back and never received a call. Then later that week my wife called and left a message for the manager, she however did get a call back. I guess he was to nervous to call a man back, I don't know, I'm not in the mind of a coward. On the phone he told her that he had to take photos of the shirt and use an application that would review the photos and let us know what exactly caused the holes in the sleeve. Almost two weeks went by, multiple messages left and never once got a call. Then today I called on my work phone and the coward (manager) answered and was forced to speak with me. He of course told me that the holes were caused by normal wear and he was not at fault. HOW CONVENIANT. Let me ask the world this, who the heck would dry clean a shirt with holes in it? Even if the shirt had become thinner over the years of wearing, HIS MACHINE caused the damage. Instead of taking any form of responsibility he literally was just going to avoid me until I forgot or no longer cared. In this world, there are ways to do business and this is not one of them. We have used Yale in Owasso for over 25 years, but in the past several years we have seen a decrease in service and quality of work. Articles of lost clothing is on the rise, clothes come back with multiple creases pressed in, stains not removed, etc. The straw that broke the proverbial camels back is a a coat that was taken in about 2 months ago. When taken in, I specifically told them to dry clean it as it was waterproof. The large tag inside also stated Dry clean only. This was a waterproof Canvas 3/4 length duster with corduroy collar, an expensive coat. When I picked it up, I realized that it had been washed. The workers looked at the ticket and saw it had been washed apologized. The stiffness of the waterproofing was gone. As it had been washed, the places that were dirty around cuff, hemline, pockets etc were now basically baked in. I left the coat and was told that Mr. Rothrock would contact me. One week later, no call. Went in and happened to be there when he was. He told me that Oh no, it had not been washed...( not what ticket said...) but that if I left it he would see if he could reclean it for me. Fast forward 4 weeks and 5 visits to store, 5 messages left to call me....nothing has been done with the coat, and Mr. Rothrock has never bothered to call. Disgusted,I finally pick up my coat, same as it was and ask one last time for Mr. Rothrock to call me. No call. THIS IS THE MOST BRAZEN LACK OF RESPECT FOR A CUSTOMER I HAVE SEEN. We WERE longstanding customers and now we have gone elsewhere. The coat will be cleaned as best it can now at another cleaners, but the damage is done. If I had been treated with respect, and had they truly tried to remedy the situation as best they could, I would have understood. Mistakes happen. But that is not what happened.. read more
