When I called to better understand the situation, Jessica (the woman who works there) told me that the suit size did not match the size of the pants (men's suit sizing goes by the chest - the size reflected on the receipt was the suit size not the individual pants size. Jessica accused my husband of lying about the pants because she doesn't understand how suit sizing works. When I called back to give her information about suit sizing and to assure her that my husband was not lying, she hung up on me several times and would not take my call. Go here if you want to have your nice clothes ruined, be out the cost of a suit, be accused of lying, and getting hung up on. If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and do not use this dry cleaning service.
