Pros: this is the tailor . I use when I want things done for a reasonable price. Cheap easy stuff. Cons: recently, I noticed they started advertising that they do wedding dresses. I would never take anything as complicated or as important as a wedding dress to this tailor. I do not use the store to altered designer clothing. I was in here recently, and they were not able to do something as simple as preserve, a zipper and snaps at the end of a pair of pants when I was having them hemmed. She said it would be too difficult? I took the pants to the tailor I use when I need quality work done. read more

Altered my reception dress for my wedding day too tight, had to throw the dress out. The alterations also cost more than my dress did.

I had her hem some men's jeans and shirts and was very happy with the results, especially since I live in the area. Prices were very reasonable and I plan on taking clothes to her in the future. read more

I lived in Colleyville 20 years ago and used Sonny Tara. I now live in St. Louis but come to DFW every other week on business and I still use Sonny for all of my tailoring and dressmaking.
