I would never take anything as complicated or as important as a wedding dress to this tailor. I do not use the store to altered designer clothing. I was in here recently, and they were not able to do something as simple as preserve, a zipper and snaps at the end of a pair of pants when I was having them hemmed. They were easy to talk to and understood the task but did not communicate as they mentioned. When I called in to check on the items after two weeks of the initial drop off. They were very receptive and had the items completed that day! The price for the work performed was fair and I'm glad they were able to fix our items! We will return for other items as needed.
