With the laundromat we still have to remember to pick it up (then put it away ugh), and more frequently than not our clothes don't stay separate so all the time we saved not doing laundry is spent resorting each family members items when we get home. With the local chain dry cleaner delivery our clothes sit on the porch all day(or longer) before we get home ,which one time resulted in soaking wet clothes after a rainstorm (had to redo ourselves). This service seems to have cured both problems. My kids clothes stay separate from ours and after the initial setup the app made scheduling a snap. We keep early hours and I LOVE that I can schedule the pickup before dawn so me and my wife can throw our workout gear in right before pickup. Awesome service!
