I go in 2 weeks later after not hearing back from them and they had not even started on them yet. Claiming house hold items are on the bottom of the priority list. Not my problem. They promised to have them done by today so I went in and THEY STILL WERE NOT DONE! They said they supposedly tried to contact me saying they couldn't wash them, but I never received a call. HORRIBLE customer service and I will never do business or recommend you again.

I went to Liberty Laundry and everyone working there was incredibly helpful, they showed me how to use the machines, how to put money on my card, they could not have been nicer. The other customers were also friendly and helpful. The facility was also super clean and they have snacks for sale at the front desk in case you get hungry. There are tables to hang out at while you're waiting for your laundry. I will definitely go back here next time I need to do more laundry in bulk!

Hubby and I visited Redbud Laundry Company on a Tuesday morning around 8am and had the place to ourselves. One of the owners was there to help us out with the payment card dispenser and suggestions on which washer our comforter would fit into. She was keeping busy the entire time we were there, keeping everything clean and dusted and running loads of laundry (I assume for drop off orders). PRO TIP: be sure to sign up for their text club and get $12 worth of credit for your first visit! It paid for a larger capacity washer, a box of detergent from the vending machine (you can bring your own, I just wasn't thinking about it), and part of a large capacity dryer cycle. The prices vary per machine size, but the prices are really affordable. The payment system is easy to use, and if you don't want to keep up with a physical card you can pay with an app. There were multiple seating areas and folding stations, and rolling baskets you can use to transfer your clothes. The seating was not super comfortable but at least there were chairs. I missed the complimentary coffee and the bottle filling station that are listed on their website. Everything was very clean and well kept, and the super nice machines all have a sanitizing cycle, which is part of the reason why I chose this spot (the other is this is an eco friendly laundromat). Other customers came in while we were there but we all had plenty of space and tons of machine options. We will definitely be back!
