A pleasant environment for a chore most of us dislike. The machines are well maintained and work well. The building is very clean and it was a very comfortable temperature inside. There is a drop off service. The attendants were helpful and friendly. There are supplies available for purchase, a change machine, and the machines accept credit cards. I recommend this facility highly read more

As far as laundromats go, this was my most pleasant experience. We just popped in to do a single load of laundry while our washer at home is out of commission. It's clean, there's a decent amount of seating, the washers are all Speed Queens, and they run beautifully. There are multiple sizes of washers and dryers to meet your needs. They even offer a drop off service. There's a loaded up magazine rack and a couple vending machines if you get board scrolling on your phone. read more

A little pricy, but extra large capacity washers allow you to combine loads. Dryers in high heat work fast. Attendants were sweet.

Paige is the best! Friendly and helpful! I'll definitely go back the days she works, laundry is a chore but she made it a great experience.

LOVE IT!!! You staffs awesome and plus thanks so much for taking care of my iPhone while my boyfriend and I were busy to folded our clothes. The washers and dryers are nice, like shines! Yes, it's very expensive if you are affordable. You can use your own smartphone if you have Android PAY or Apple PAY either. AWESOME! read more

I was in town on business and had to do a laundry. This was the nearest one from my hotel, and I made a good choice. It's very clean and accepts credit cards! Theyhave lots of washers and dryers available. I'll be back if I go to Tulsa and need to do a laundry. read more

Dropped off laundry with my basket pick up tonight got all Clothes back but they gave my laundry basket to someone else or they kept it for themselves, thieves. Don't use this place. I'll do it myself next time. read more

Always clean, machines are available (I go on off days and hours when no one is there) and the STAFF has been GREAT--friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! Best staff around--keep up the great work! read more

It's a bit pricy but the machines are top notch. This is the only place I've found that can handle rugs and blankets without any problem.

When our washing machine broke with our clothing IN it, we were left in a lurch. I needed 'fluff and fold' - you know, drop off and pick up later all set to go. They have that on every corner in Boston and New York, but try finding it here. I'm glad I found Liberty because not only were they so super sweet, they made sure to weigh my clothes DRY and not wet (so it didn't cost an arm and a leg). We have our new washing machine now, but I highly recommend Liberty Laundry to anyone who needs the drop off service. I did not use anything else, but the entire place was very clean, inviting, and looked like a good place to be able to sit around while your laundry does its thing. read more

Never been to a laundromat on my own before so I don't have much to compare it to but it's a pretty nice place. The staff are very nice and friendly. It's very clean only a little bit of rubbish on the floor. This one boasts that they are the only branch with card readers, but the readers weren't working. The price was a little outrageous but like I said not much experience. Also they have free coffee so 4 out of 5 is very accurate in my opinion. read more

This is the cleaniest most up kept laundry mat i have ever been to, I would pefer to come here all the time instead of getting quarters you can use your debit or credit card at the machine, the only downside is it is outrageously priced and they charge you like a dollar extra on top if you want HOT WATER .....come on that is crazy !!!! who wants to wash there nursing clothes in cold water ?????and the cheapest washer starts at 2.75 for COLD WATER!!! read more

In May 2014 I took my wife's laundry to this laundry which we had used several times before with great results. This time however they had obviously washed her laundry in hot water with non-colorfast items and items with sharp edges. When I picked up the laundry it was covered with plastic as usual, but Liberty DID NOT tell me that the clothing had been stained and cut up, nor did they include a note WITH the clothing explaining what happened. My wife didn't notice the damage until a couple of weeks later when she took her clothes out of the plastic bags to wear them. About half of her wardrobe has stains and tiger stripes especially some new white clothing, and most of her lingerie was actually in pieces!! My wife Renee was and is angry beyond words about this. We plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over this. DO NOT RISK USING THESE PEOPLE!! read more

Finding this place was a miracle. SO MANY laundromats in Tulsa area are dirty, machines are always broken, no staff to be found. Liberty is sparkling clean, I rarely see a machine out of order. They have an ATM and a change-maker, plus all machines take cash or plastic. I frequently use the drop off service and am always super pleased with the results. Staff is always present and pleasant. I drive over an hour to go here. It's worth it. read more
