I checked out PT and one laundry and ended up coming back to Laudry station in 11th. By far the cleanest out of all. I wish the parking lot was a bit cleaner but inside is much better. I like the size of the machines and the price is competitive plus the card I guess is better than lugging around a bunch of quarters seating area is clean but I'll be returning and done exploring my options read more

I can't say anything about the machines but be wary of the drop off service! They only accept cash & don't give receipts. They won't make change so you have to have to exact amount. Then tell you afterwards that you didn't pay them enough! They switched larger bills for smaller ones, then said I owed them more! The first time could have been an honest mistake but that's highly unusual! But the second time it happened she accused me of being dishonest! It's the Business Responsibility to count the money to verify the transaction at the time of service! Not wait a week later to ask for more money! I won't be back! read more

I left a review but this app clearly indicated I violated some BS term. Point blank don't come here at all. Smells like crap literally. the manager/owner is a fugly person has nasty customer service or no customer service at all. This is my first time using a laundromat in a long time. When I got there it was Tuesday and in the middle of the day. It was not too busy so that was nice. I think this had more to do with the part of the day it was than anything because you have Tulsa University, which is right across the street and this is a really busy area. I felt that the cost of doing laundry there was too high for the amenities for instance I felt that the washer and dryers seem outdated and old. I felt that the business itself was a little unkept. There is no public restroom. To do two loads of laundry. I did them in the medium sized wash machines because I did not realize that there were smaller washing machines. It was a bit confusing at first because I thought that I could use my regular debit/credit card on the machine and for several minutes tried and realized that I had to buy a laundry card and load money onto it. The machines to buy those are on the wall and you use cash to buy them. I had to use cash to break down money. Then use that cash to buy quarters those quarters were used to buy detergent. Then had to use dollar bills to add money to the card, the card cost two dollars to have and it is reloadable. so once you have the card you keep the card forever and you don't have to buy a new new one. In effect, it cost $17 to do two loads of laundry. The dryer I used cost $.50 for about 12 minutes I couldn't figure out how to add more time so I continually had to restart the dryer, I think I had to restart it six or seven times in order to get the full load dry. If there was a way to add more time to that at all at once, I didn't know how to do it and I couldn't figure it out. The dryer I chose ran through one cycle, and then I could not get it to start again, it malfunctioned. The person who attended the mat was very friendly and helpful. They had me move my clothes to another dryer, and she started it for me without having to pay extra money which is very helpful. She was the bright spot of all of it as she was helping others, and assisting everyone who needed it, overall I felt that it was overpriced for the amenities that being no restroom, outdated, washer, and dryers, and the cleanliness of the business. I would shop around and see if there is a better option however, it is suffice if needed in a pinch. If all else fails there is a bar right next-door. Go have a drink and relax but set a timer so you know when to go check on your clothes. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I thought this laundry station would be better than the one on 21st and Garnett, the employee here is horrible, all she does is sit and yell on her phone. Trash employee, I don't know her name but she is the bigger white lady. Taking personal calls during and speaking loud enough that everybody in the building can hear her. I haven't been in a laundromat in many years, but needed one while visiting Tulsa. The Laundry Card is a good way to eliminate the use of coins, but they would do well to post better "how to" information. For example, that you can get back your $2 "deposit" by registering your card (and how to register it). But the $2 you get back just goes as a credit on the card. Would have preferred cash since I may never use the card again. read more

I like the card option, instead of coins. I'm not sure how often the inside of the machines are cleaned. My clothes often have a funk smell from the washing machine. Air condition doesn't really work on the lower half. The individuals working the desk/laundry by the pound are really kind, and do a great job when you pay them. read more

Pretty chill laundry mat, room temp sodas from the machine though. There's a $2 deposit and if you don't use all the funds on the card, they give you back the balance in cash. There are a lot of machines which is nice and convenient! read more

I've tried it twice to wash large items. The place is dirty, the machines smell and the outsides of all machines looked like they haven't been wiped down. They were dirty and sticky. The washers doors had hair in them. Gross... Not a whole lot of maintenance It's just dirty, in my opinion.I didn't want to touch anything. The lady that works there is nice... Im not sure what her job entails. I don't thinking keeping the place clean is one of them. I won't be going back. read more

It's Sunday night and your down to your last pair of socks, just when you start to wash a load for the next day your washer gives up the ghost. What's a person to do? Go to the Laundry Station! A very large parking lot and very well-lit exterior and interior greet you. The machine are cashless (you get a card and place funds on the card) so you're not fumbling with a fistful quarters from the pile in your pocket that's weighing your pants down. The laundry is clean and kept tidy by the on duty attendant who is helpful and pleasant to deal with. I was in and out in less than an hour. My little piggy's were happy with the clean socks and I may not replace my deadbeat washer! read more

It's clean for the most part. But it always smells like sewage near the doors. A little high priced but good location and machines seem to work fine. The biggest drawback is that people often leave clothes in the machines for several hours after they're done washing/drying and the attendants won't remove them. It can be a major hassle. Oh! And unattended children will literally run wild through the place. read more

Beware!!! If a machine eats your money they WILL NOT give you a refund. They use cards instead of cash, and even though the usage log showed that the dryer had deducted from the card without starting, the manager refused the refund. Also, the cards cost $2 to purchase, over and above whatever value you load to use in the machines. I lost $4 yesterday doing $7 worth of laundry. read more

I've been using this location for almost 2 years. It's convenient and the closest to where I live. Most of the employees are kind and helpful with the exception of one woman who is rude and inconsiderate to customers. There IS a bar next store as well as a head shop so there's some lurkers around; also some homeless folks here and there but they don't ever bother anybody really. Some of the machines have a funky smell but my clothes never seem to retain the smell. My biggest complaint is that my whites get dingy regardless of if I add bleach or not. The cost to wash and dry isn't bad ($3, $6 or $9 depending on washer size and $.50 for a 12 minute dry cycle, usually takes $1 to completely dry). There's a vending machine and a soda machine available and both work. I like the fact that you add money to a card to use for the machines rather than using quarters. If you have money left over, you can get it back after you're done. Overall it's a really decent place to do laundry. read more

Never again...Left clothes in a dryer and when I went back to find them, they were gone...Management, employees, everyone I spoke with was rude and had no attempt in trying to help. Couldn't get a call back....Was told by two employees that they don't get paid to watch my clothes..That's on me...if I leave them and somebody takes them...it's my fault. I get I shouldn't have left them (accidents happen and I'll take that responsibility) but to not even get so much as a I'm sorry they're gone or we'll look into it or whatever...just pretty much...you're screwed..it's a joke and I'm not laughing...Live and learn I guess but I'll never be back... read more
