I did not ask to be compensated in any way but simply asked the attendant to make someone at the plant aware of it so that they might take steps to avoid it from happening again. The attendant immediately became antagonistic and disrespectful in a manner that seemed as if he were trained to respond in that manner. Again, I asked for no compensation of any type and my only intention was to make the plant aware of what had happened so that they might prevent it from recurring. Rather than listen to this reasonable request, the attendant became hateful and verbally abusive. I was shocked and picked up the 14 shirts I had brought in to have laundered and turned to leave while the attendant resorted to taunting me and being exceedingly disrespectful. Needless to say, I will not be using Catoosa Cleaners in the future. I was so shocked by my treatment that I have to wonder if the attendant was having some personal problems that made him mentally unbalanced.
