They are always helpful and friendly I have been going there for awhile and this is by far the BEST place

I came here on February 7, 2024 around 3:30pm. My dog had puked on my king sized goose down comforter. Obviously it wasn't going to fit in my washer at home so I searched for a laundromat near me and I was excited to find this one! I had used a laundromat in Washington state in the summer of 2023 that had the card system and I LOVED it, so I wanted to give this location a try! They did not disappoint. Getting the wash card is easy. You can use cash or a debit/credit card to load funds on the wash card. It's super simple but the workers have no issues walking you through the process if it's your first time. Be sure to register your card so you get the extra free $1 bonus. The employees helped me find the right size washer for my ginormous comforter and got me all settled. The facility is nice and clean, plenty of washing machines and dryers, my ONLY complaint would be they only have 2 of the larger dryers meant for blankets and comforters. I had to wait a solid 30 minutes for one to open up. However, I didn't have anything pressing to do so I sat and read my book until it was free. I will definitely visit this location again to wash large items that don't fit in my washer at home. Such a great experience with very friendly staff! read more

What a clean facility I happened upon. I appreciated that. The staff was quite welcoming and helpful to many folks that came in. I was familiar with the "card system" they use for their machines so it didn't bother me. A little on the more expensive side than where I've been previously, but I'd still go back. read more

The place is always clean, and the equipment is well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I know that the owner/founder recently passed away. I hope it continues to operate. We mostly do our own laundry at home, but sometimes have heavier items that especially our dryer can't handle. read more

Just as a reference, I drive 30min to this place because it is that much better than anything near me. Good place to do laundry, clean and quiet. Plenty of washers, dryers, and carts. They also have a lot of plugs for you to use. Prices are a little high for the normal size washers but my clothes always get dried on the first try which has been a problem at other places. They also have a laundry card that you use instead of coins, if you load $20 you get a free $2 I always thought that was nice. Everyone is nice and polite every time I go in, I've been coming here for a year and it is always consistent. I wish they had more locations tbh. read more

This experience was A+ from the moment we walked in the door. First thing we noticed was the friendly smiles of the staff welcoming us in. Second thing we noticed it's not hot like most laundromats. And there are a plethora of high tech machines. Third - cleanliness. Firth - we loved the preload card system so you don't have to mess with coins. Bills getting stuck, etc. but best of all. Wow! I concur with the comments the others have said! My first time in here and they were super helpful and friendly! Their system is not a typical coin operation and if you plan on washing here frequently they offer a refillable wash card. That kinda threw me off at first as I had not seen an operation like that before. But one of the ladies helped me and explained their system and gave me their recommendations on washing our down comforter. This laundry company is fabulous. They have excellent customer service, newer high tech machines and even snacks on-site. They even have a kids area to entertain the kiddos. And best of all they have clean restrooms. read more

This is by far the best laundromat that I've ever been to. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The laundromat is very clean. My husband and I travel all over the USA and this is my favorite laundromat. I think every laundromat owner could take lessons from them on how to have a #1 laundromat. The washers and dryers are in tip top shape. I didn't need any signs like I do at other laundromats stating that units are out of order which was a huge relief when you have a lot of laundry to do. This was my first time being to a laundromat in many many years and this place is fantastic! First of all, like other reviewers said, these machines operate on cards/open a tab instead of coins. Since I'm only coming every once in awhile I just opened a tab but as a first timer I needed help. Kennedy helped me out and what a professional! And sweet as pie to boot! She explained everything to me, how the machines works, how the payment system works, and gave me a rundown of when the slowest and busiest times are. This facility is clean clean clean and the machines are top notch. Just FYI, I had a load in a medium sized machine and added an extra wash and extra spin for $8.60 and 22 minutes start to finish, and $2.35 for 30 minutes of drying time, and $0.60 per 6 minutes of additional drying time. Considering my frame of reference, that's well worth the 25 minute trip I made from home. Also, Kennedy explained that they use Ozone air into the cold water to sanitize the laundry. Same thing hospitals do with their laundry! There's also very nice and spacious parking lot and a QT just next door that's easy to walk to. I'm quite impressed and would definitely recommend this joint! read more

I've been in a few times to wash larger items. Staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and bright.
