I was looking for a laundromat to dry my clothes before my work meetings started and was lucky enough to come across Phoenix. After I explained my issue they took the time to get my clothes dried and pressed in a very short period of time. They staff was very friendly and the environment was very welcoming. The large woman that works at this location is very dishonest and stole or tried to steal $5 from me AGAIN. This time I caught her, and called her out on it. She tried to charge me an additional $5 and couldn't explain why. This is not the 1st time this has happened, I didn't catch the 1st time as I ah left the purple receipt at home. This is why I intentionally kept my purple receipt in my passenger seat to ensure I was being charged correctly, and that is when she tried it. This is some bullsh*t. The owners should be ashamed of themselves, for allowing this to happen, hire honest ppl. Oh, and I have receipts to prove it I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION OR VENDOR AGAIN... TF!!!
