They just didn't feel super high quality and what I would expect out of a $60 experience. The premium hand rolls were very good and had a much better protein-to-rice ratio, but you have to pay extra for them. They also only serve you one hand roll at a time, and they take a lot of time in between bringing out the rolls, so we spent a lot of time just waiting. It was also pretty hot in the restaurant, and the ambiance is nothing special. Overall, the servers were super friendly and nice, but this is not an experience I would return for.
