Now that I have had their salad, with such great improvement, I'm curious if the pasta has received a makeover as well. I also order a salad that had the Greek salad. It has feta cheese in it, olives, onion, tomato with a side of Balsamic vinaigrette and an Herbal vinaigrette dressing. In this economy to toss a plate due to undercooked sweet potato and over cooked zucchini noodles as well as lack of flavor is sad, but expected. My advice to this establishment would be; plant based does not mean lack of flavor. Nor does it mean lack of presentation bc my food looked like it was thrown into a box. Very unappealing.
