Always a delicious experience with lots of options for everyone. Sharing apps to get a taste of everything is the way to go. The sauce pairings with the dishes are spot on. Good, friendly service with quick arrival of food. Can get loud if it's crowded but in a manageable way.

Far exceeded my expectations. I'd always heard good things and finally had a chance to try and I am sure glad I did. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. The interior was much larger than I initially expected and more of a full restaurant too which was a pleasant surprise. In truth, not entirely sure what I was expecting, but as I stated up front it was more than that for sure in all regards. The food came quickly and was presented beautifully, and the drinks were so good I had to have a second. We opted for small plates on this visit, which included an order of soup dumplings which definitely lived up to the hype. I can't wait to come back to try even more of their amazing sounding entrees, especially the noodles!

WOW. Such awesome food. You must try this place. The flavors were perfect all around. I can't even describe how yummy things were. Not pictured was the tonkatsu meal and my pork belly buns (appetizer for meal). I drank the beer+soju pairing which was good. I never had soju before today. It tasted like apple liquor. I wish that our server had communicated that food comes out as it is ready. My meal came out 10 minutes before everyone else's which is awkward. Although this isn't fine dining, I find a sporadic placement of food to be strange because I sat with my food in front of me waiting for everyone else's. Service is not necessarily friendly, but they are attentive.

I had never been before, but I will definitely be back! The wagyu beef gyoza was to die for!!! Service was fairly quick and the restaurant is nice and quiet inside! I will definitely be back!

I'm in love with a noodle!!! A noodle bar that is, this place is soooooo good, started with soup dumplings they were perfect and savory I could've eaten 20. The ramen deserves an Oscar it was that good!! Service was great attentive. Ambiance is cozy and the drinks were spot on, don't pass on the figtini

Very cute space with a simplicity that balances perfectly with their exquisite ceramic dishes. We enjoyed the spicy miso ramen, pork bao buns, and edamame, and lavender matcha tonic. We also had an allergy in our party and when the kitchen missed it on our order the server noticed it before the bowl made it to our table

Crab meat and pork soup dumplings. Wasn't bad.

I thought the food items we ordered were pretty average. Not over the top but wasn't terrible either. Still worth stopping in though--restaurant is pretty nice and patio was enjoyable during our visit. We were around the area and I needed my soup dumpling fix so we decided to try. I had the soup dumplings with crab meat and pork and it wasn't bad. But I didn't think it was overtop amazing. I had a taste of the spicy miso ramen and we also ordered tako-yaki octopus and it wasn't bad but nothing extraordinary either. Kiddo enjoyed the kids ramen though. Overall visit I'd rate the food a 3.5 and give service and ambience a solid 4. Location was cool--plenty of easy parking Cheers

Wow, absolute worst customer service ever. If you have a gluten allergy, gluten sensitivity or celiac disease DO NOT COME HERE. They claim they have gluten free rice noodles but their manager just told me THEY DO NOT. The boy who answered the phone told me he cannot deal with my concern because it is "above his pay rate." When calling back, a woman who answered tried to address my concerns but the manager was consistently yelling at me in the background. When she finally got on the phone, she tried to shut me up with a voided order. Wouldn't you want to address the situation and help the customer feel better so that they come back? We will never come back here again. Tell me if you think these noodles are the same or not. Zero stars if that was an option.

This place has it all! From fun wall decor to amazing atmosphere and the most delicious food! Staff was fun and friendly. The seating arrangements are so cozy and intimate perfect for casual dining as well. Mocktails as well as cocktails are always available, and highly recommend. Best gyozas in the area! If you try only one item it must be the shrimp gyoza! So flavorful. Also ordered the trio bao buns, each one delightful. The Dan Dan noodles though!!!! I couldn't get enough I had to order more to go. Parking is also available which is always a plus, especially in Providence.

I've been here twice and both times were good experiences. The food tasted fresh and we ordered a few dishes to share. The fried chicken and the bao buns were yummy. I liked the miso ramen. The service was good as well. The staff was very attentive. And the ambiance was clean and spacious. The decor gives it a nice touch too. Parking is decent but it can get packed so you might have to park in the streets sometimes.

I don't know how the Chicken Karaage can be both raw and burnt. Possibly the worst thing I've ever eaten , absolutely rancid stuff, please see images, can't believe I paid 30 dollars for this and some buns. Also, the buns were legit empty, and the oil tasted like car fluid

Y Noodle Bar is one of our favorite Asian restaurants in Rhode Island. We love coming here to get a mixture of everything on the menu to share - including ramen bowls, bao buns, soup dumplings, and bento boxes. Their pan fried bao buns, beef fried rice and tan tan ramen are our personal favorites. If you are coming in for soup dumplings or bao buns, just be aware there is usually a 20-25 minute cooking time (but it's so worth it!)

Yes. Shoyu Ramen, vegetable bao, vegetable dumpling, kimchi fried rice are all for vegetarians.

I was lucky to have tried North when it was open so when I saw the former chefs were preparing the meal for Chef Night, I knew I had to sign up and was so glad I did. The meal was stupendous! The first course was shrimp and corn fritters. The fritters were filled with shrimp and corn and you can visually see the shrimp and corn. It wasn't overly doughy and the sauce was delicious! Chef Andrew described the dish and he told us that the shrimp was locally sourced from Dune Brothers. The second course was noodles with tomato and pepper dashi and grilled fish. The noodles were fresh, but it started to get a little clumpy. The dashi was really flavorful. The third course was miso tres leches cake with sakura whipped cream. This course I was the most excited about and it totally blew my expectations. Chef Andrew told us that they hand picked sakura petals and made their own whipped cream. The tres leches cake was moist, dense, and airy. The dessert was definitely the star of the show. Bravo to chefs Andrew McQuesten and Stephen Sternkopf for a wonderful locally sourced meal. Jean-Marc and the other bartender were also very friendly and accommodating. They checked on all the customers throughout the night and made yummy drinks. I had the Toasted Venture. This is one of the signature cocktails and has Toasted Pumpkin Seed-Infused Misguided Spirits Red Sky Silver Rum/Cynar/St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur/Rosemary Elixir/Mole Bitters. It was very good. A time at Clementine's is always wonderful.

It's best for small groups (no more than 4-5). I love the customer service here: our server explained the alcohol as we got each of our cocktails. I will admit, though, because I'm slightly hard of hearing, I missed a lot of the explanations, but that's ok. I came in a group of four and we all took sips of each other's drinks and that was really fun! Every drink was great, but I do favor my sake drink, white port/cream soda cocktail, the vermouth, and the one with the amaretto. Don't expect the menus to be the same as in this review! They do change it frequently and have non-alcoholic mocktails, too. We heard about this place from coworkers and that they had won an award for best new bar--an award that's well-deserved.
