I came in hungry and left satisfied! The staff was so nice as soon as I walked in. I wanted ramen and let the owner recommend his favorite. He recommended the short rib ramen and said the broth was very rich and the meat was very tender. That broth was fireeee. It was love at first bite. He wasn't lying! I even sent a snap to a friend and she felt bad for me. the flavor was also immensely salty. it came with spicy mayo (which was actually spicy! that never happens!) and a tonkatsu sauce, but honestly I was desperately in need of something sweet like ketchup or honey. Wife and I ate a total of 3 pieces. Our waiter was very apologetic and asked multiple times if we wanted it re-done or if we wanted something else, but we were already pretty content by the time we could air our complaints.
