If we could clone these three and install them in every American bureaucratic institution, I would be renewing my driver's license, social security card, and showing up for jury duty on an annual basis. There is one major drawback to this post office, however. My mail carrier is horrible. Dale (I think that's his name, he's a chubby white eccentric guy if the USPS reads this) consistently mixes up my mail and my neighbors mail. By "consistently," I mean every other day. My neighbors and I have had to swap bills and swap checks delivered incorrectly on a regular basis. Additionally, there's no telling when our mail will arrive. Maybe noon. Maybe 4pm. It's a crapshoot with this guy. Part of the reason for this, I think, is because every time he sees someone on his route he gives them an absolute ear-beating. No way you're getting away with a friendly "here's your mail" with a smile and then promptly on his way. Instead, be prepared to strap yourself in for a 5 minute conversation of whatever new is in the exciting life of a disaffected mail carrier. Again, clone the people inside the post office and make them mail carriers. The neighborhood would get their mail same time everyday without any mixups. Guaranteed.

I never used the box or received any mail. I was told by the manager Tiffany and another employee that this is how their system is set up and there is nothing they can do about it. (BS all the way). I have written the higher ups and awaiting an answer. I have used several po boxes in other towns and this never happened. It cannot be legal. I will fight it all the way. Any advice, let me know. I wrote the Postal Regulatory Commission, USPS Office of Inspector and Government Accountability Office. I am a 100% disabled United States Air Force Veteran and I rely solely on my one check from them. Money don't come easy and we are living in hard times. I do not have $40.50 to just give a way for a bogus processing fee. I used to loathe, loathe, loathe going to the post office. I would either just send things via UPS…read more(super expensive) or print out a label online, which wasn't really cost efficient when I was shipping books and dvds, which can be sent cheaply via media mail. I have found myself selling more and more books and the like, and I am SO HAPPY that the local post office is so great. I've never had to wait any longer than 5 minutes at this place (I do go either from 10-12noon or 2-3pm if that helps), and all the postal workers who man the counters are so nice. EACH ONE OF THEM- there is a funny guy, tall, and very friendly, another one named Anthony who gave my friend a pair of sunglasses that had been left in the post office for months. There is also a newer guy (I had him one time while he was training) a middle-aged Asian man, who is very nice and an older woman. I need to look at names!! Everyone is so nice and friendly and aren't snippy and impatient with you and will answer all your questions. It's hard to work in service industries (trust me I know!) especially when you have to deal with a service that isn't as popular as it used to be (when was the last time you got a letter?), but I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the staff at this North Brunswick Post Office, because they have made every trip a pleasant experience each time I go to send some stuff.
