The pictures posted are accurate. This store looks like a bomb went off ALL THE TIME! You won't be able to find anything in it because it is so disorganized. The staff won't help you because they don't know what is going on half the time either.
I attempted to exchange a pair of shoes for my 12 year old daughter I had bought at the Plaza (very nice store with awesome customer service and helpful employees). She had never worn them. I went into the store with the shoes and took them straight to the counter and explained the situation. Even told them that my daughter had accidentally thrown the receipt away. The boy at the register said, "No problem since you just want to exchange. Go find her size and I will keep these here."
After 35 minutes of searching, did I or anyone else mention how much of a cluster and mess this store is, I found one pair of the shoes and had a second pair that I was willing to pay the price difference for. I got to the front of the line and the young lady asked if I had the receipt. I explained the situation again, and she said they could exchange the exact pair but not the other pair. I asked if I could just get store credit. She looked confused and then another young lady came over.
This young girl told me hat since I did not have a receipt that they could not verify the purchase...so there was no way they could help me. I asked her what exactly she was saying, and she said, "We can't verify that you actually purchased the shoes. You could have just grabbed them and brought them up here and say you bought them. Without the receipt we can't do anything." My mouth dropped. She essentially accused me of attempting to shoplift. I asked her again, and she told me that I could return to the Plaza and maybe they could help me, but without verification of an actual purchase that I would just have to keep the shoes I brought in. I told her that the policy was ridiculous and as she continued to talk...I may have also called it stupid and dumb. I then told her that I would not be returning to the store to which she replied, "Oh well, sorry! BYEEEEE!" and she waved.
I will never return to this store. I am going to head to the Plaza and see if they will help me out. I know the customer service there is better, And I will be able to find what I am looking for without much work, so hopefully they will.
