The store appeared poorly maintained - the carpet was noticeable dirty, the walls looked unclean, and the restroom was absolutely filthy. I walked in and turned around immediately; it was that bad. If I were the manager at that location, I would be deeply embarrassed by the lack of attention given to the store's appearance and condition. It's clear the cleanliness and customer comfort are not priorities at this location. Even the dresses on display appeared to be dragged across the dirty carpet, leaving the hems dingy and unappealing. I expected a higher standard from a brand like Davise Bridal. He was told that taking the dress in would address both. When we picked it up, the straps were even looser - easily falling off the shoulder - and the fit was asymmetrical. We called and were told to bring her back to correct it, which we did. At pickup, we were hit with an unexpected $85 extra charge and told we "never requested" the straps be adjusted. Over $300 later, the dress still doesn't fit properly. We left feeling taken advantage of, misled, and pressured. Dads/parents: if you're not a tailoring expert, be extra cautious here. We won't be using Larissa's ever again.
