I originally planned to go with a another company that has a flooring department, but backed out at the last minute because I wasn't comfortable with their service or selection. After reading so many amazing Yelp reviews about Lisa, I decided to give Carpet Emporium a try, and I'm SO glad I did! Lisa was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I needed my flooring installed quickly, and she went above and beyond to help me find beautiful flooring that was locally available and arrange installation much sooner than I expected! She also encouraged me to include my dining room and replace my old baseboards, even though I was trying to save money. She was absolutely right! The entire downstairs flows beautifully, and I STILL saved money compared to the other company! And a huge shoutout to Jesse, my installer! His workmanship is AMAZING! The attention to detail and quality of his work exceeded my expectations. I absolutely LOVE my new floors! Beautiful selection, excellent customer service, outstanding installation, and affordable pricing. Thank you, Lisa and Jesse, for making this such a wonderful experience! I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Carpet Emporium!
