Today my husband and I had a disappointing experience. We waited an inordinate time for the waitress who after about 5-10 minutes stopped for a few moments to tell us she would be back. No offer of drinks. Bit of a wait longer to place order. Order came without onion rings I'd ordered. She forgot to add them. She never checked to see if food was ok or make sure our drinks were refilled, which is a huge pet peeve. I got the onion rings after we were finished with meal and they are outrageously spicy. There is no mention of spicy batter on menu so it was very disappointing to have inedible side. Not to mention that my drink was empty which added to the misery. I did tell her when she finally came to table that I was disappointed in the service with lack of checking on us at all after food was delivered and she apologized and said she had double seating and also agreed that the onion rings do have quite a kick and that should be mentioned on menu. The first pitcher was dry before the waitress asked if we needed another. The person whose birthday we were celebrating ordered their meal first and got their food last (by quite a bit, half of the party was done eating already). And when they brought his food out, it was the wrong order. He went up to let us know it was wrong (because our waitress was missing) . He could see his order in the counter, but was told that order was a mistake and he received the right thing. We had two orders at the same table with one very small difference (an ingredient missing on one) and the two were blatantly different. Between slow service, wrong orders, and no accountability this place seriously disappointed tonight. It's a shame, in my opinion they were one of the best wing spots in the area, but they have obviously let their quality control drop.
