He took the time to explain everything, from the teen karts (which go up to 30 mph) to the adult karts (up to 40 mph). I was impressed to learn that licensed 16-year-olds can drive the adult karts..neat and a little scary! They offer a private room, though note that private events aren't booked on weekends and reservations aren't taken. However, if it's not busy, the private room is often available. Also, any racer under 18 needs a waiver signed by a guardian 24 hours in advance. The day of the party, we arrived early since it's first-come, first-served. The ladies at the counter were friendly and set us up in the private room, which was perfect for our group of twelve 16-year-olds. The space is roomy, has AV capabilities, and features a huge window overlooking the track. There's even an order window in the room for added convenience! The food options exceeded my expectations as well--the menu is larger than I expected, and the pizzas and tater tots we ordered were pretty tasty. We'll definitely be back. Such a great experience!

It is upstairs so those unable to climb stairs may not be able to participate. It was 9 holes of black light ,dark, dinosaur themed fun. Wednesday is half price arcade games, which is the only deal I believe they offer. Lots of exchange options but what would I find useful. We needed help operating the card exchange machines. Near the end of our visit, a young male employee was handling equipment and balls in a rough manner, and one of the balls struck one of my children. I was also upset by how the employee interacted with my kids. He was pushing past them and repeatedly yelling for us to get out of the building even though we were only a few minutes past our scheduled time. I understand businesses have rules and closing times, but I expected staff to treat customers and children with more patience and respect. The way the situation was handled made my family feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return.
