The folks at the location on Blue Star are honest, informative and beyond professional. When you are in an accident it's tense and frustrating. Lisa at the front desk was amazing. She was personable and helpful in giving me all the details about the timing for the repairs, helping coordinate with the rental car company and keeping me informed. She eliminated any stress from the process and was beyond helpful. Preston, the adjuster was also sincere, helpful and informative. A part was lost on my bumper from a previous repair and I thought it was a warranty issue. He pointed out that someone had hit my car and showed me where the impact was. Not a great feeling, but I trusted his evaluation. Because they were going to have my car for a while. I asked them to take a look at the repairs that were done on my car at the Gerber location in IL; i noticed some potential issues. They found problems and made the necessary repairs all under the Gerber Warranty. While I hope not to have to return to Gerber anytime in the near (or distant future), I do know that when/if I have any other collision repairs this is the only place I'll go.

Miguel from ABXperts came out to look at the problem within five minutes utes. He asked if I could wait while he had his Tech take a quick look. 10 minutes later, he came back in and got me to come take a look. The bumper was fixed and the sensor back where it belonged...wait, What? I was there less than 20 minutes! From the front desk staff to Miguel to the tech that took care of the issues---top notch team--left with a friendly hello from the owner. Awesome experience and highly recommend. When I cleaned it out the battery was dead so I couldn't get my Zach Williams CD out of the player, then I found out the insurance company needed the mileage. With limited hours during the weekend I didn't expect much but called to see what they could do. Mike answered the phone and said he'd see what he could do. His service was above and beyond my expectations! He managed to get power to the car to release the CD, get the mileage reading and let me know that we'd missed some things when we cleaned it out.
