So I suggested he update his website so it doesn't allow someone to make them. He then got defensive so I hung up and started to make this review. Then I started getting texts and emails from him telling me to stay off his website. He then threatened to beat me up and was trying to schedule a meet up to fight at my work. After that he resorted to making fun of my name and calling names. It felt like I was back in high school again. He seems very unstable and I don't recommend you let this guy anywhere near your cars or house. I have the screenshots to prove it, but Google won't post my review with them for some reason.

Customer service was great, but the quality of the repairs did not meet expectations…read more After picking up my vehicle from an insurance claim, I noticed multiple issues with fitment and finish, along with an unexpected additional charge at pickup that wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. As a result, I've had to go back through insurance to have the work re-evaluated and will be getting the repairs redone elsewhere. I am very disappointed in the quality of work delivered. If you care about your vehicle, or especially if you're a car enthusiast, I would strongly recommend staying clear of this shop and seeking out a more professional and detail-oriented repair facility.

There was damage to one panel and the license plate light, they said they would take care of it no problem. A few other problems came up about took the trailer back to them on December 7 of 2024 and haven't seen my trailer since. Today is May 20, 2025. If I sneak in a call I get that beating around the bush feel. They made me feel like the interior panels wouldn't be covered under warranty delaminating, but the manufacturer assured me it was. No responses to emails now. I am in negotiations with lightning trailers to fix some of the problems and they won't even call them back. They backed into my trailer and damaged a few more panels.
