This place has some of the best hookah I've ever had. Sadly that's the only thing they have going for themselves. I would give zero stars if I could for management alone. Do not patronize this place if you feel that you as the customer should be treated respectfully. Let me paint the picture. On Sunday evening I arrived around 9:30 with 2 other guests so that we would have good seating for our large party of 10+. This place fills up quickly because it is so small. Upon arrival the young man at the door told us we could sit at any table that wasn't marked with a plate for reservation. Ok cool.... we chose a table in the very back that had plenty of couch space. So 10:30 comes around more of our party is starting to show up. We order a couple of hookahs and mixers for our drinks. We were notified that they have a strict 2 person per hookah policy and that we would be charged additionally for extra persons smoking the hookah. What? Ok.. whatever we order enough hookahs to meet the requirements. Another hour passes and everyone's starting to enjoy themselves until the manager walks up to our table. He proceeds to tell us that we're sitting in a VIP section and we were NOT supposed to be there as it was already reserved for another party but we could stay if we wanted to pay the $150 reservation fee. So we of course decline the offer stating that we have been there for a couple of hours already and that was never mentioned before. He then attempts to counter offer saying we could pay half. Again we declined. To sum things up we had to move our group of now 12 to a table that seats 6 and was only offered to comp one of our tabs because of an issue that was of no fault of our own. Be mindful that the owner and staff were not very polite or apologetic to any of the members of our party. For this reason alone I will not return to this venue for any future event. read more

If you're looking for a proper hookah spot then this is not the place to go. Save your money and visit one of the other hookah lounges in Dallas. It is listed that it closes at 2am. At 1:45am they told everyone that they were closing and the security guy came and took apart our hookah and said it was time to leave. I considered that rude since they were listed to close at 2am. This is one of the worst places I've ever been to. It's BYOB and you have to pay to bring a bottle in, pay to get in, and they charge for every thing!!! This place is horrible. The guy in charge is a money hungry Indian who lies in order to get people to come. The flyer said free for ladies before 11. We get there before 11 and they try and charge 15. Then after talking to the owner he tells us we have to pay to sit at a table (20 dollars). We're there already so we're like ok whatever. Hookah is not top-notch. I had to have the hookah guy fix my hookah a few times by poking more holes into the ball when there was only barely 7 poked in there. I had to convince him to actually heat up proper coconut charcoal instead of instalight charcoal. The place wanted to charge a $10 fee per person when there was no DJ going on. They obviously don't know the proper fundamentals of serving a hookah since also due to the fact a group that was next to me had a pineapple head going on and they had six pieces of instalight charcoal on top of the bowl literally cooking the bowl all around. As far is this place being One of the best hookah lounges around in the area I would highly recommend not going here and wasting your money. It is honestly not that hard to prepare a hookah from head to toe from proper amount of tobacco to having a proper amount of holes poked into the bowl to proper amount of water to using proper charcoal for your customers hookahs. The funniest part was the guy serving the hookah and prepping the hookah was obviously upset because I told him how to do his job properly. Ok, this place is such a scam. Here is why: 1) the entire establishment feels like a hole-in-the-wall. It looked unkempt and dirty. 2) the hookah is over priced and not worth the premium price(s). Don't come here if you wanna have a party... Well go there if you wanna be treated like it's 1865. They discriminated against a member of our party for being a Black Gay Male. It's funny how all our money was good up until he had to pay his cover to get in. No refunds were issued and they attempted to detain us, because we were never issued a receipt. When asked why our friend couldn't get in the "Manager/Security/assistant" (still don't know his own title) said "dress policy" we asked what's wrong with his clothing so we could go fix it. He said i don't like those shorts. What type of policy is that? "I don't like those shorts". So they leave, but when we were inside the server wasn't attempting to help us she had a nasty attitude with every answer to our questions about the food... I mean with the wings and fries that they sell. She told us that they were short on wings. Which doesn't make sense if I wanted to make money how would i be short on the two items of food that i do sell? We never even got to place our order, because they ended up pulling our birthday girl outside to tell her that if anyone else comes to the birthday party that they are going to deny them entry as well. They proceeded to say that it was at capacity, but the lounge was empty with about 4 tables having customers in there. So how is it full? They said they have reservations for 70 people which included us, but then told us that the capacity is 120 people. That's 50 more people you could have in your club. We were under the count for the reservations so we were included in the 70 people. So how come we couldn't have more people? They couldn't come up with an answer the bouncer and another employee at this establishment. We paid the $10 cover to come into the place like everyone else. What sort of business turns away money. I'm so happy that there are other establishments in the area who aren't living in a 1865 mentality and turning away money over gender and racial bias. Came here with my cousin and his girlfriend. I don't smoke but came for them and the music. At first it was a chilled environment since no one was there except one other person. Then the ghetto people came and it was time to go! This place is BYOB which is cool but when you have the ghetto people come with their OWN liquor it came be a place you don't want to be at after a certain time at night. Upon leaving security asked for our receipt lol that let me know what type of establishment this is and the type of people that comes here. Our waitress was the nicest thing of that night. This place is just OKAY! The service is a hit or miss!! The only good thing is the dj! And the DJ is great! I've been here 3 times. One time we had to wait for over 30 minutes to get our hookah and that's after us chasing down the one of the servers to assist us. The second time the service was great. The third time, I paid $25 to make a reservation to ensure seating for a big party. (If you don't have a reservation, then expect to wait until they close for seating). This used to be my go to hookah spot but lately with all the hype around it the quality has gone down. I rated it 3 stars because it still has a really nice hookah selection and because of the hip hop/ top 40 music played! The thing that grinds my gears the most is that if you don't have a reservation then you have to wait an hour+ just to be seated. What confuses me is if I had a reservation I wouldn't have to wait? So there is still room so why am I waiting for so long. Over all the staff is pretty nice but the wait time is just annoying. Like the other reviews say definitely get ready to be charged. It's 5 dollars to get in and 5 dollars for each person drinking. Now I've never been charged the extra 5 for me bringing my own liquor but I'm sure it could be annoying. I went with my brother and checked this place out. It was probably one of the nicest (and cleanest) hookah lounges I have been to. I wasn't sure which flavor to try and the owner recommended a mix. It was great and they kept the charcoal hot so that the hookah had good smoke for well over an hour. We will definitely be coming back. read more
