Ya'll can read every other review on this page and see there is a major issue here. All the hidden cost are not mentioned upon entry. They bring you out tabs out of nowhere for things you didn't know would cost money for example cups ( you will have to pay for each person even if they are not drinking) , hookah hose , not smoking fee, all this plus a cover. I would not come back as it was a complete waste of money. Just go to a regular bar that also serves hookah.

My group of five came here looking for a chill night. We paid $10 per person just to get in that's $50 before we even sat down! We had also paid for a section, thinking we were good to go. But the moment we were seated, they hit us with a surprise rule, we had to spend at least $80 just to stay in the section we already paid for. No one told us this before. So, we ordered two bottles at $60 each (before tax), thinking we met the requirement. Nope... then came another $30 charge for 5 plastic cups ($5 each) and a small bowl of ice ($5). We told them we didn't want the cups, and were told too bad, we had to pay for them anyway. Who charges for cups and ice after we've already bought bottles? Then came the final slap in the face: we were told we had to buy TWO hookahs at $40 each and $20 worth of cubes for each one just to stay in the section. So even after dropping $50 on entry and over $120 on drinks and "extras," they kept pushing more charges on us like we were at an auction, not a lounge. This place is doing the absolute most for no reason. There's no transparency, no professionalism, and clearly no interest in customer satisfaction, just a bunch of hidden fees and made-up rules to squeeze money out of people. Save your time, money, and energy. There are way better lounges out there that won't treat you like walking dollar signs. Sincerely, An unsatisfied customer

I went to XSheesha on Sunday around 3 AM with one of my best friends, after going to another spot (late Saturday going into Sunday). They have late night hours from 2:30-4:30 AM which was cool because we went to another location first. We were in town for the weekend visiting Dallas and wanted to explore the nightlife nearby. XSheesha is a Hookah Lounge that plays Afrobeat music. The cover for late night hours is $20. I did not pay additional fees to bring a bottle or sit in a section because there was no seating available upon arrival. They allow you to bring your own alcohol, due to no bar. They sell cold bottled water and juice. The bottled water was $2 and helpful because the hookah smoke in the air began to make my mouth dry. It's a decent spot if you like to do hookah (I don't), but VERY crowded without a lot of space to dance if you're not in a section. The building is small and the layout is not really set up for dancing or a smooth flow for the crowd of people that are there. You will have to wiggle your way through the tight space to get to the restroom, or to get in and out. Some of the men were trying to touch us below the waist as we moved through the crowd, which was annoying . The seating is limited so it's probably best to reserve seating in advance or arrive early, if you like the hookah only vibe. I wouldn't return in the future.

This how much hookah tobacco they are loading in your bowls. If you do decide to go here check underneath your aluminum.

ATTENTION BLACK PEOPLE It's very important that you read this message before you post up at XSheesha. Are you listening? The owner/operator does not give a damn about Black Peope/Your Entertainment/Bday/Or Celebrations!!! We really have to Stop spending our hard earned money on businesses that rip us off from the very beginning. This place is will absolutely short change you on every single turn, especially the hookahs. ARe You lISTENing? They give you the smallest amount of hookah flavoring in the bIGGEST Hookah head (which is really a Pineapple cut in half w a few drops of tobacco flavors). They are cheating and beating you out of your money. Believe me, I understand the music is great but they ONLY want your money and it shows. They will not provide you Kings and Queens with the customer service you deserve, NO MATTER how big your group is or how much you are spending. We booked 2 tables($400 each) for a party 20(x $10 per entry fee) and we ordered 5 large hookahs (included w tables) and in every one the hookahs we were short changed on tobacco + customer service was nonexistent. In the Owners/Operators mind, you are ONLY w money!! They would never treat their own people like that, I PROMISE YOU!!! It's very important that we spend our hard earned cash in places that respect US (periodT). I understand some of you will read this review and go there still but if (or when)you do order your hookah, remove the aluminum foil and see what is underneath it and the game will become clear.

Good atmosphere; lots of flavors for hookah. Went here with my girls for my bday and the wait wasn't too long. They give you 2 free bottles of water for a review too so u like that

Nice vibe for the little cousin

This place was amazing. Great music, you spend $10 to get in, bring your own bottle (BYOB), and they charge $5 per person to drink. For that $5 per person fee....They bring you plastic solo cups and a place to chill your booze. The music was on point. Some People were super dressed up and others were casual. The place was cool and the hookah was amazing. Haven't hookah-ed in more than 10 years, so I'd definitely recommend this place

Holes in the couch. But you wanna charge hundreds of dollars.

A cup of ice (just a cup and ice) costs $16. Choose wisely before you waste your time in this place.

Great hip hop hookah spot that knows how to treat black people like people. It's also reasonably priced and I love the byob.

What nights are good to go? Looking for music and upbeat crowd for a Wednesday

Okay so in terms of Xsheesha, I would say Thurs-Sat are the best nights to go. The dj's are dope, and the crowd is pretty cool. HOWEVER, if you don't get there early (i.e. 9-9:30p) or make a reservation, then you will more than likely be standing.…

I've been a customer for 2 years and previously visited almost every day. Everyone here knows me,…read moreand I've known Mike for 9 years. I've spent countless hours and money here, but after repeated frustrating experiences, you've lost a customer for good. You will never see another dollar from me. I posted an earlier version of this review before. The owner saw it and wanted to speak with me. He disputed my account, saying it wasn't what happened the night before. But my review described my experiences across multiple visits--not just one night. I was asked to take it down and offered a free hookah on the house. That offer did not resolve the concerns I raised. I regularly arrived when the lounge opened and it was empty. Even on weekends, I was there before 9 PM, before the $10 cover fee started. Yet when the lounge became busy later, I was expected to either give up my seat or pay an entry fee. Being told the owner was "saving" me $10 was frustrating when I had arrived before the cover charge began. The pricing has also been inconsistent with what is advertised online. Weekday happy hour is listed as 12 PM-7 PM, but when there was a game during those hours, I was charged $40 total, including tax and additional charges. I did not see that exception explained in the online menu. After 7 PM, the website lists a hookah base price of $23.99 Monday-Wednesday and $29.99 Thursday-Friday. Yet I've been charged a $29 base price throughout Monday-Friday, bringing my total to about $34 after tax and additional charges--even on Monday-Wednesday, when the lower price is advertised. On weekends, my total has been about $40. I understand that tax and additional charges are separate, but that does not explain the difference in the advertised Monday-Wednesday base price. If prices have changed, update the website and clearly explain the charges before customers order. On a previous visit, the servers told me the owner had instructed them to stop giving me charcoals after my hookah had lasted about an hour and a half. If there is a time limit on charcoal service, customers should be told before they pay. Another time, I became so frustrated after being told to give up my seat that I started crying. The owner kept insisting I step outside to talk to him. I respectfully said, "I'm hurt right now and I don't want to talk until I've cooled off." I said no three separate times, and he continued insisting. My request for space should have been respected. Most recently, things we had routinely brought and used for months without an issue were suddenly prohibited and described as "unprofessional." Changes in expectations should be communicated clearly and consistently. I also did not appreciate the manager following me outside to my car as I was leaving to address this. That conversation could have happened inside. These experiences have left me feeling unwelcome and unappreciated. Customers deserve accurate advertised prices, clear policies, and respectful communication. I will not be returning.
