This place is a joke! First you have to pay a byob fee. I've already paid for my bottle of wine but I guess they have to charge you for the dirty wine glasses. They had a cute hipster chick working but she is just that. She never came by to flip our coils and I ended up flipping it with the extra mouth piece she brought. Then the crowd was kinda annoying we had some kids who might have just turned 18 sitting next to us singing/yelling Justin Bieber. Came here with my cousin and his girlfriend. I don't smoke but came for them and the music. At first it was a chilled environment since no one was there except one other person. Then the ghetto people came and it was time to go! This place is BYOB which is cool but when you have the ghetto people come with their OWN liquor it came be a place you don't want to be at after a certain time at night. Upon leaving security asked for our receipt lol that let me know what type of establishment this is and the type of people that comes here. Our waitress was the nicest thing of that night. This place is just OKAY! The service is a hit or miss!! The only good thing is the dj! And the DJ is great! I've been here 3 times. One time we had to wait for over 30 minutes to get our hookah and that's after us chasing down the one of the servers to assist us. The second time the service was great. The third time, I paid $25 to make a reservation to ensure seating for a big party. (If you don't have a reservation, then expect to wait until they close for seating). The absolute worst experience I ever had! Me and my friends paid for a table($30) and $15 each for entry and it was only 3 of us. We got to our table only to find out they were out of hookah tips AND ice buckets. Not only was it over packed but they only gave us $30 back. We wasted 1 hour and a half waiting on bullshit service and the "manager on duty" was rude and called us out our name when we asked for our money back. He also followed us to the car because we called authorities on him. We felt threatened by a man that supposedly represents this place of business. It wasn't the Indian guy but a tall black man working with a white shirt with a black strip across the front. Oh not to mention it was a fight about to break out in and outside the hookah spot. First of all we was charged $15 on a slow Sunday night. Charged 40$ for a place to sit. Then tried to charge us for a hookah more than what the menu stated. The price on the menu was 28$ for regular, heffa brought a ticket for 66$ before she brought the product like who do that. Poor customer service I won't ever go back no recommend. On top of that, there's a charge for just about any and everything!! This was first experience & last due to poor customer service. My second time here, was charged a $10 cover, the seated ordered a hookah ask the guy what would be two good flavors to mix he gave a suggestion. I got the hookah and the bill. the bill was almost $48. On the bill was a charge for $28 not what what was listed on the menu and a $10 fee to bring in your own alcohol. This place is wack! The hookah is decent. Good music and ambience. But, the service is poor. There are a couple of waitresses for the lounge and they're are not able to keep up with everyone. Severely short staffed. After ordering hookah and water, the water took more than 15 mins to come after repeated requests. And, same goes with coal when the Hookah became harsh. They've changed a lot since the last time I came. I understand paying to get in, but they also charge you additional if you don't want to smoke hookah. Server made me leave a five star review in order to get the two free eaters they offer for leaving a review. The amount of people who can smoke the hookah is limited to two people now, and it has never been like that before. Music is cool though. read more

Worst service that I've ever experienced. This was not at all the fault of the outstanding young woman that took care of us. Upon leaving their security harassed us for a copy of the receipt. I compliantly showed a copy of the text that my credit card company sent me for the charge of $68, on top of which I tipped 28. He did not accept this as proof and stood in front of the door until we showed his preferred proof of payment. Not to mention we we're one of 2 tables in the entire establishment. Place needs a little upgrading. Sofa's are uncomfortable and old. There was no cover charge and I know why. They say BYOB but they charge you $25 to bring in your own drink. Had to ask for service and never get the fruit bowls because it's a waste of money. I'm from out of town and I thought ours was expensive,but great service, at 5 people costing $40 that's including tip. I was charged $83 for a so so flavor with fighting just to get some half way decent smoke. I will not waste any more money there. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because no cover charge. read more
