This is the place blowing up on social media?! As soon as we walked in on a Saturday night I said "wow it's hot in here". Our ID's are checked and then we're shown to our seats. The seating areas are LOW to the ground and uncomfortable for small parties BUT perfect for large parties. You'll have to sit right next to whoever you're with in hopes of hearing them. I ordered a platter she brought me back one appetizer from the platter...which was not listed for individual sale. This place is high-way robbery. They make you pay your tab as soon as you order. You cannot keep a tab open. The reason is you get charged a high percentage of a "service charge" per transaction. This has to be illegal. If you want multiple drinks, that's a different check, with tax and a service charge. You can't order multiple drinks at a time to put in to avoid this high fee. read more

I was highly annoyed and ready to walk out. 10 minutes after getting the hookah it was burnt out I blew out so it could be less harsh and water came out. I told the server she tried to tell me that's how it is. I am a hookah smoker that is very false that should not have happened and she should have fixed it but instead started asking me do I want a refill, why should I pay for a refill so soon? My friend ordered a drink they gave her the wrong drink on top of that she's allergic to strawberries and that's what they gave her. They did nothing to accommodate this mess up. I went to this establishment for my friends birthday on a Friday evening. It took me 15 minutes before anyone could take my order then 15-20 minutes before my order got there. To my astonishment the total of my food and drinks were added to the bill before either one of them were given to me.
