I can totally see why this place has the ratings it does. Upon entering it looks nice, looks like it would be a good place with vibes. The decor is nice, we got there as it opened so we knew it wasn't gonna be jumping which was cool. I'm guessing it gets packed later. The food & drinks were mid. The wings & fries are like frozen that they throw in an air fryer idk. Very mid. The drinks weren't all that. The games were a bit dirty. I didn't like that the menu said free hookah but the person said that they have a new owner & he changed the menu but it's not changed on the QR CODE provided. As you walk in , the atmosphere is nice. The music is jumping and the place looks big enough and decor is nice. The seats were cool too. Ordered a drink fish bowl. This is the place blowing up on social media?! As soon as we walked in on a Saturday night I said "wow it's hot in here". Our ID's are checked and then we're shown to our seats. The seating areas are LOW to the ground and uncomfortable for small parties BUT perfect for large parties. You'll have to sit right next to whoever you're with in hopes of hearing them. Menus are accessible via QR code located on the table. Happy hour is daily 6pm - 10pm. Complimentary hookah with purchase of a drink and food. I went with Watermelon Mint for my hooks flavor. After first pull it had to be adjusted because A it wasn't pulling and B the tip of the hose was cracked/broken off. After adjustments the hookah was 4 out of 10. The food menu is extremely limited so we went with a sampler plate. Comes with 5 wings, mozzarella sticks and curly fries. Since we were sharing it we asked for 2 small plates. Our waitress then explained they don't have small plates or any other plates. HUH?! The mozzarella sticks and fries were not good. We were seated right away , we ordered two drinks along with a pizza and hookah which totaled around $115. Immediately we said no that's not worth it, the hookah was terrible!. If you're looking for a nice chill spot with good vibes and drinks and decent finger foods then Xscape is the place for you. It's not a 5-star restaurant and does not have entrees and fine dining. They do have happy hour EVERYDAY from 6-10pm which has a really good variety of drink options and 1 free hookah (website says with food and drink order but last night they said if you follow them on IG). Either way, worth the free hookah. We had the passion fruit margarita and headcrack fishbowls, $15 each. The margarita was good but not really strong (4/5) and the headcrack was wayy too sweet and tasted like syrup (3/5). The food was decent but the pan fried dumplings ($12) were great! We had the shrimp and chicken and both were 5/5. We also had the original, buffalo, and lemon pepper wings ($12). The original and buffalo were good (4/5), the lemon pepper was just original with lemon pepper seasoning sprinkled on it (3/5). The service was pretty good and quick, no complaints at all. They also offer drink and hookah specials if you come during happy hour. They have flat screen TVs and projectors to play vibes :) they played alot of soca/dancehall. I loveddd it. Parking can be annoying if there is a holiday or manor construction going on. There's alot of one way streets so be prepared to circle the block a few times. This place is high-way robbery. They make you pay your tab as soon as you order. You cannot keep a tab open. The reason is you get charged a high percentage of a "service charge" per transaction. This has to be illegal. If you want multiple drinks, that's a different check, with tax and a service charge. You can't order multiple drinks at a time to put in to avoid this high fee. read more

I was highly annoyed and ready to walk out. 10 minutes after getting the hookah it was burnt out I blew out so it could be less harsh and water came out. I told the server she tried to tell me that's how it is. I am a hookah smoker that is very false that should not have happened and she should have fixed it but instead started asking me do I want a refill, why should I pay for a refill so soon? My friend ordered a drink they gave her the wrong drink on top of that she's allergic to strawberries and that's what they gave her. They did nothing to accommodate this mess up. My peoples bought $100.00 dollar Towers, food, drinks and more.....I think a time limit on seating is ridiculous.... unless your not spending which we clearly spent over 1,000 dollars. We were there from 6pm- 1030 pm for the happy hour. Spending numerous amount of money from that time alone. I went to this establishment for my friends birthday on a Friday evening. It took me 15 minutes before anyone could take my order then 15-20 minutes before my order got there. To my astonishment the total of my food and drinks were added to the bill before either one of them were given to me. Then although our section with the birthday girls kept growing and growing over the span of the evening we were ask to leave because we were at a 2 hr maximum.
