They offer some great specials Monday through Thursday from 7 PM - 10 PM. I stopped by for their Thursday special, which includes: Any flavor hookah for $14.99 Wing tender & fries combo for $11.99 Tito's Secret (vodka-based drink) for $9.99 Definitely great value for what you get! However, the hookah has been harsh on my last few visits, though the staff did fix it each time. The drinks were overly syrupy and watered down, which was disappointing. Came here around 11pm on a Saturday and they were full. We stood by the bar and after 30 mins the bouncer came up to us and asked us if we were prefer a table. We were able to sit and order a hookah fries and mozzarella sticks. Went with some friends here for my first Hookah experience. They ordered hookahs while I had some drinks. At the end of the night there was a 20% service charge on the bill. We inquired to see if it was the gratuity. We were informed by the manager that it was not, it was the fee for servicing the Hookahs. Mind you, we were there for close to two hours and not one person came to service the Hookahs until after we asked for the check. We came on a weekday so it was not busy at all. On top of that, they charged the fee on the drinks too. When we pointed that out with the manager, he did not care and say that's how it always is and walked away. All in all we spent 227 dollars on this experience not counting tip. Do your self a favor avoid coming here. I could have gotten a much better experience at a third of the price going some where else such as steinway. We went here after dinner and the wait staff insisted for us to order a meal. We kept telling them that we just ate. The reason why there are so many five star reviews is because the wait staff offers you a hookah tip upgrade if you leave a good review. I have been a supporter and patron of House or Hookah since they opened in Bayside in 2017. I will be very transparent the quality of service has been deteriorating. I went from going to HOH with large groups to now being told that I am asked to no longer go to the establishment as of 8/8/2020 all because I am vocal about my dissatisfaction as a consumer at their establishment on two occasions I attended: July 11 and August 8. July 11: One of the servers offered me and my friend frozen drinks and failed to notify us that it was $1 extra. Every establishment I go to if there is a price difference they inform you nope not House or Hookah-mind you that bill was $216 and we still paid it Easy. August 8: Trying to redeem a coupon on yelp for a free hookah add on they did not want to honor it because my friend used hers. When we attended July 11 they honored both our vouchers and gave us the lollipop tip. Why not on August 8? The voucher does not specify it is one per table but now HOH wants to make that claim. When we addressed them about their false advertisement through Yelp to our waitress she was understanding. Another male comes over who said he was the manager then spoke to us for some time and we believed we were on the same page and we placed an order of mozzarella sticks through him. Next thing you know our bill was closed out by an African American server who was the same person from 7/11/2020 and we were asked to no longer come back. When inquiring we were indirectly told we were problematic when we come. Three years of attending and because I respectfully addressed the business now I'm problematic and cannot come? Then security approached us telling us we were loud and I was talking in a neutral tone. The whole experience was surreal, embarrassing and straight up unnecessary. House of Hookah really disappointed me and it's sad to know that's how they treat loyal customers. I'd refrain from coming here. read more

Been coming here for over a year now & the experience is still impeccable! I am a New Yorker and have probably been to all the lounges throughout the city. The hookah variety here is the largest I've seen in Queens. The hookahs easily last about 2 hours; I can't sit in a lounge longer than that. My favorite flavors are mango kulfi and masala chai, packed with flavor and lots of smoke. The servers come around to change the coal frequently and make sure they're well. Moving on to the drinks, they have beer, wine, and hard liquor. The bar has creative shots like Lemon Drop and twists to basic cocktails like the Mango Mojito, my favorite drink here. They come with an adequate amount of alcohol & get you tipsy in no time! I haven't tried much of the food here but the basic chicken burger was tasty. The bread was crisped nicely and the burger had all the condiments. It came with a side of Cajun fries and was filling. There's also lots of parking around and many bars in the area. The nightlife vibes are definitely there Friday's and Saturday's when it's busiest. Totally worth visiting! read more

If ur in queens coming for hookah this is the place. Y'all hookah multiple flavors to choose from. I didn't try the food but the drinks were on point. This lounge has good music and nice ambiance but their hookahs are trash. They put a lotus head while cutting the fruit in half and just stuffing the head. Lol such bad hookah that doesn't even pull a waste of money and that too charged us $30. Last night my group of 10 were denied entry to the house of hookah. They were not full, yet the owner refused to accommodate us. We spoke with an employee prior because, we had such a large group and we were advised that we would be accommodated, he even showed us specifically where we would be seated. Unfortunately the owner decided based off of who knows what that he would deny us service. We were out celebrating a birthday, we were dressed appropriately and our group consisted of people over the age of 35. The space that we were originally told we would be seated was available still with plenty of room for other guests. We even offered to sit 2x2 at 5 separate tables, with 5 separate Hookahs and 5 separate bills, even this option was declined. We left and went to another hookah spot in the vicinity, at the end of the night as we closed out our bill one of the staff informed us that someone from house of hookah called them prior as a heads up to NOT accommodate us, thankfully they did not ablige. This in unacceptable, disheartening and ridiculous on numerous levels. Our group was Black & Brown consisting of hard working people looking for night out after a rough year. The owner of house of hookah stereotyped our group. I will NEVER patronize this establishment, I will advise everyone I know to not patronize them as well. In the midst of a Pandemic and with racial tensions so high, in addition to so many businesses suffering as a result it just disgusts me to have experienced such treatment. So all the five star review you see on yelp is because they have a sign up on their tv screen that advertised to leave a five star review to get a free hookah add on. This is pure bribery and yelp needs to be aware of this bribery. My visit there was pretty decent. Drinks range from $12 and up and is served in a small plastic cup. If they are serving $12 drinks the least they can do is serve it in a real glass. And what tops it all off is they re-use the plastic cup when you order your second drink. The hookah was pretty good and lasted a long time without loosing its taste. The music was great as well. Also be mindful when tipping, 18% gratuity is already added so don't end up double tipping. read more

Terrible place, abusive staff , I seen a customer beaten for absolutely no reason by a staff member ("security") . When the patron who was abused by the employee proceed to call the police the manager climbed up on a chair and took the camera off the mount , shady business practices. The customer was very calm and coherent before the security "gave him an order" and then was beaten by said security. The whole situation was very awful to watch another patron being assaulted for no reason, this is the second time I've seen this act happening here , on my last visit to this place I witnessed a similar situation.
