BE ADVISED: a 20% tip is included on the drink price, but the bartender will give you an unitemized receipt that just says total with a line for a gratuity like a restaurant that doesn't add a gratuity. If you ask for the itemized receipt it shows your order with the 20% gratuity included, which matches the unitemized receipt total above the gratuity line! This is really a shady practice. And all the bartenders do this as though they were trained on the practice. I'm probably going to report this to the NYS Attorney Generals Office.
