I don't usually leave reviews. But, I signed in to yelp for the first time because I really want to let others know what I experienced. First of all, the address is not correct. They are not on 14112 Victory Blvd. I will never recommend XS Auto Group to anyone. I had an appointment for a certain car, but they suddenly changed time on the day I had an appointment. I got to the wrong address, so I tried to contact them. I called, texted and, asked the correct address, but they never gave me the address and answered me really late. They just asked me what address I went. I gave them 14112 Victory Blvd and asked them this was the right address, and they just said no. Not giving me the right address. Then, they suddenly said someone deposited on the car I made an appointment to look at. After few hours, they texted me that they sold the car. I have no idea why they asked me to make an appointment if they just sold a car like this. I also do not understand why they did not give me their address. It took almost three hours to get to LA, and I already told them where I was coming from. Since, I experienced XS Auto Group is not trustworthy, again, I will never recommend XS Auto Group to anyone. read more
