We were given a 3 hour window for a delivery, and told they would call about 30 minutes before arrival. Sure enough, they called ahead and arrived at the beginning of the 3 hour window. They came to the door to make sure they were at the right place, went back out to their truck, got the very heavy item they were delivering, and brought it into the room where it needed to be. I ordered a TV via Amazon for Christmas. Amazon used this company to deliver the TV inside my home rather than having it left outside. The company was very professional. I had email alerts for tracking. On the day of delivery, I was contacted 30 minutes before the drop-off. They arrived exactly 30 minutes after telling me they would be here in 30 minutes. Great communication every step of the way from initially setting up the delivery date and time to actual delivery. I was also notified 1/2 hour before delivery. The driver's were friendly and efficient. They even moved the two, very heavy boxes into the garage when I asked, even though they had already unloaded them in the driveway by the time I realized they were there. I have yet to spend a night on the mattress, so we'll see how that works out, but the delivery service and delivery driver and helper were great. It was delivered within the time window quoted and the driver called me when he was about thirty minutes out. Once arrived it took them only a few minutes to bring the mattress in and get it set up and remove the plastic coverings. We got a week in advance notice of when they were going to deliver our package. A text the night before and a phone call a half hour before delivery just like they said. It was delivered prompt and in great condition unlike getting deliveries from UPS that are almost Always damaged when they arrive. The delivery drivers were very courteous, clearly experienced, and navigated up to our 2nd floor without any issues. My only discomfort was one delivery person had his mask on wrong, leaving his nose out. I should have said something but didn't.
