We can not see the road or mail box from our house. Our drive way is always clear with lots of turn around space however fed ex throws my packages in front of my mailbox on the road for anyone to steal. This has happened 4 times now I call and complain and always get the same BS They say someone will call you back and no none ever does. Their drivers are lazy and incompetent and their customer service is a joke!!! I have even paid extra from some places to have ups deliver instead of fedex because I do not trust I will receive my packages.
