Updated review...fast forward to Saturday because the company refused to deliver due to "inclement weather". I spoke with a person from Atlanta about the main issues from Wednesdays delivery and was assured the rescheduled delivery on Saturday would not have any issues. Get a phone call as they arrive...not 30 minutes before as THE PROTOCOL FROM THEIR EMAIL TO ME. They didn't ring the doorbell. I had to go out to the truck as it appeared as he was about to leave. I asked why I didn't get a phone call and he said they don't do that. Wait, what?!? As I show him where the treadmill is going I explain the previous issues of communication. No response. They bring in the treadmill. They do not wipe their feet from the outside snow or protect my flooring in anyway...then drag it down my stairs. Incredibly frustrated by this entire experience with RXO. What an absolute joke. Peleton...do better when picking a company to deliver your product. I'd rather pay a shipping fee than deal with this unnecessary fiasco. More issues...post delivery we now have damage to our floor, carpet and walls. I'm beyond pissed and have posted pictures. So on December 8, 2025 RXO delivered our refrigerator. They took our old one out. Then came and told us the new one was damaged. They brought it in and my husband and I said take it back. We called Frigidaire at that moment but long hold times. This was after they delivered our stove prior which was damaged. Then my husband tipped them $40 each time because they supposedly work hard. I finallygor ahold of Frigidaire which was forever on hold. Finally they were supposed to deliver today on December15, 2025. They never showed. We have dogs that bark before someone even makes it to the front door. I chatted online with David and asked what exception was for tracking. He said " no one was home." my husband and I have been home all day. They emailed me a picture of my house from the street which could've been taken on December 8, 2025. The photo wasn't time stamped. Nor was it at my front door or ringing my doorbell. Then claimed that we weren't home. I had to delay my countertop installation so it would be easier to move refrigerator out. I sat on hold another two house with Frigidaire. I said enough is enough. I wanted a full refund. I sent a complaint to RXO in Georgia. They sent me a picture of my home from inside the truck in the road. They didn't call or text prior but even so we were home. Then claimed they came and to reschedule delivery. Honesty after tipping them and the disrespect, lies this company is not allowed in my home. Third party delivery is garbage. You have to ask prior so that will happen in my home from now on. No way would I trust these people in my home ever again. Taking a picture from the road with no call or text is fishy. What is their end game? Its to sketchy for me. Obviously they don't want business. Driver called both times prior for stove and damaged refrigerator but not today. Hum makes you wonder what they are doing or allowing. read more

Pleasantly surprised with how professional and quick the process was. They cleaned up everything and were very courteous.

Purchased a new patio set from Costco and paid for White Glove Delivery and Setup for $95.00. Per RXO, this includes placing of furniture where customer desires, completing any assembly and removing all boxes and packaging. RXO subcontracted our delivery to a third party GV Delivery who did honor the assembly portion of the White Glove Service. They stated they do not perform assembly work. While drivers were polite, and did the other unpacking and placement, we feel RXO should do a better job insuring their third party subcontractors perform the level of service RXO would directly. I had to spend an hour on the phone with Costco and RXO trying to resolve this issue. read more

Ordered new kitchen appliances and this company was to deliver and install. They show up and install dishwasher and stove but didn't change door swing of fridge which I paid to have done and left my old microwave in place and new one in the box. When I asked why, they said they aren't licensed to install microwaves and that if you require door swing change on a fridge it comes from the factory that way, neither of which is true. He could have just been forthright that it was simply not on the work order, which was the vendor mistake. Delivery team came for a second appointment to pick up the refrigerator for a return as I realized the trim was not left with it the first time and to finish the microwave install. They called saying they would be there early, no problem as I was home all day. Saw the truck pull in front of my house, take a photo and then drive away. I called asking if they were still coming and was told appointment was still scheduled. Then I clicked the appointment link which showed status as canceled due to customer not being home! I was on week 3 of a frustrating situation and decided I didn't want a third appointment due to difficulty communicating with both RXO and vendor so got a third party to complete the job that day. read more

I ordered a peloton bike six weeks ago and was given a delivery date two weeks out. rxo changed it to the next day and never informed me until the night before. talking to their foreign customer support was like talking to a brick wall. I was unavailable the next day, yet they showed up on my doorstep as I was heading out the door for an appointment and told them I'd have to reschedule. that took another four weeks. since it was a third party delivery service even peloton customer service would not help me. bottom line is if you have rxo deliver something you're taking a lot of chances for accurate delivery dates. read more

Logic isn't a part of this logistics company. I ordered a TV from Samsung on September 5th. It was scheduled to be delivered by rxo Monday, September 16th. On Friday I was and was told that my delivery would be delayed until September 26th because the hub was "too busy". A 10-day delivery delay is not acceptable, especially when the product per rxo's own tracking has it in my city, 25 minutes from my home. This is my second time ordering a TV delivered by rxo, and last time they no showed twice before finally delivering it. Going to have to stop ordering from companies who use this illogical logistics company. read more

Run as fast as you can away from this company. If they could be rated lower they would be. Was expecting delivery and installation of a LG washer and it was rescheduled 3 times. RXO made promises they never intended to keep and lied about expediting our order. LG isn't off the hook here either. This company is an extension of any company who hire them to handle their deliveries and installations. We cancelled our order with LG and they lost business because of the ineptness of RXO. Don't trust them and don't do business with them. A customer deserves respect and transparency. I filed a complaint with LG in addition to cancelling our order. Delivery was patio furniture in two large boxes. Phone call - Be there in 20-30 minutes arrived in 22 min, informed caller I have circular drive no need to back in. He was very appreciative of this information. Driver and helper polite and professional. Cartons were placed just on driveway at my request, offered by them to move cartons to patio about 30 feet away. I preferred them left as unloaded so I could open packages and position furniture as wife requested. Great experience with two professional gentleman! read more

My delivery from this company was excellent. They arrived within the time frame and called me when they were 30 min. out. Very polite and accommodating. I could have used the haul away option for the 2 mattresses, but we were using them in a rental and wanted them saved. They rewrapped the mattresses in the plastic from the new ones and moved them out to my storage shed. Could not have asked for better service from Costco hiring this company. Freezer delivered- two very capable guys got to the pick up hub at 6am to deliver my freezer by 8am. Wow! Took the freezer down stairs and took the old one out to the barn for us. Communication was superb from ordering to delivery without any hitches. I knew all the way through the process what the status was. Great service! read more

Setting up delivery was simple and easy to change when I was first notified of delivery date. The drivers were on time and on the early side of my window given. The delivery person on the phone was very nice and willing to place the packages where I requested (because we weren't home). Once they got here there experience was terrific. However, XPO missed the scheduled delivery twice without explanation - except to write that the customer was not at home. But, indeed, the customer WAS home and waiting for the promised delivery from 8 am until after 8:30 pm, when a text notified me that the delivery would have to be rescheduled because, "Customer not at home." Balderdash!! COSTCO customer service was very helpful in contacting XPO. Delivery was rescheduled - again - and my dishwasher was delivered at 8:31 am, just as promised. read more

Rxo called 30 minutes before my stop, and were actually a little ahead of my window time. The Gentlemen who handled the delivery and install were very courteous and quick. They were in and out in under an hour. Very pleased. Price was very reasonable as well. read more

The Peloton bike was delivered today and the guys (Josh) was great in getting it in and providing all the adjustments for me. If their timing had been more accurate or they respected the time-frame they provided themselves, I would have given them 5 stars. I haven't bought appliances in many years. Those delivery experiences were poor at best. What a breath of fresh air this delivery was. Great job to the two gentlemen that came today. Communication was great. They took their time to take the delivery out of the truck so as to unpackage and not damage it. When one employee saw me with a mask he remembered he needed to go get his. They got the delivery in the house thoughtfully. Set up and install was effective. The installer pointed out an unrelated but important to leak in my plumbing which I really appreciated. The service and professionalism reflects extremely well on both the logistics company and the company I purchased from. Happy employees make happy customers which ultimately makes happy businesses. Worst logistics company ever. They do delivery and set up for peloton..they block a 3 hour window then no show.. when u call its a 20 minute wait. Even tho it says zero callers ahead. Then next delivery time is weeks out...for them again to no show. .fyi there are over 6290 ppl in Facebook group specifically against xpo... never use this company read more

It rained for 10 minutes while in route for delivery and so the driver decided to turn around and not deliver. And then I had to call back in 24-48 hours for an update. Pretty terrible experience at first. But they made up for it with good communication after that and got it delivered 4 days later. read more

Not a happy customer. Not only did they not put the molding on my washer and dryer they took it with them so we couldn't put them on, So they came back weeks later to put them on and brought new ones with them, They put some on the front. WRONG COLOR. Not happy at all. These workers were very careless. In a big hurry the first time they were here. read more
