RXO was assigned for my Peloton delivery. The communication and promptness was excellent, far better than I expected. I received a confirmation email on my delivery a couple of days before with the requirements based on the Peloton, then the day before delivery I got another confirmation. Then the morning of delivery I got a text that they were on the way and I would receive a phone call when they were 30 minutes out. I received that phone call and exactly 30 minutes later the truck showed up. The delivery team had to unload a very big treadmill in a downpour of rain. They didn't complain at all, were polite and courteous, cognizant of not tracking mud in the house, assembled the treadmill and were out. Couldn't ask for better! read more

Sent email as requested by Brian B. but never heard back from him or received any responses. I ended up using the address provided by Yelp (directions via map) but the address provided by Yelp was incorrect and lead me to a different business in the same area. The gentleman working at that business was very familiar with RXO and gave me directions to their office. Once I found the office there was a note on the door stating they had moved to a new location and provided the address. Drove to the new address provided on the old location and finally was able to talk to a person from the US who was actually willing to help. Kayla stated that my delivery was not even scheduled. I showed her the confirmation email that I received from RXO and explained everything that had happened and notified her that my order had been sitting only 10 minutes away since last week. Kayla then assured me that she was going to place me for delivery first thing the next morning (26 Nov 2024) and placed my installation as VIP. Apparently they received a new contract to deliver and install appliances for the houses that have been built in the new subdivision and they didn't have enough manpower to complete regular deliveries and the contracted deliveries so the contracted deliveries got placed above everyone else. The next morning around 07:20, two installers showed up and delivered and installed my order. They were very respectful; didn't damage any of the appliances or the house, and did an amazing job. Kayla and the two installers really went out of their way to right a wrong, even though it was not their fault. The customer service that RXO has contracted are completely useless and out right blatantly lie. No one from RXO Management ever reached out or responded. No one followed up. I thank Kayla for saving our Thanksgiving and for finding a solution for a issue that was created by others. read more

RXO, The delivery and set up were fine and I gave a high rating initially when they left. BUT, after using the dryer for the first time, my heat/smoke alarm went off in the laundry room. The vent connect had come off secondary to not putting it on correctly. Now I keep getting an error message on my dryer and I can't use it. I'm having to call someone else in to fix it. The delivery men seemed to be in a "hurry". Washer was set up fine and works as expected. read more

Update: I have updated my review to four stars. Although the initial experience was horrendous, the situation was professionally and efficiently handled by the resolution team. They had my delivery rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of contacting me. Absolute worst freight delivery experiences ever. My address is on a military base and requires a Real ID to get a pass. The second item delivered by RXO I got a call from the driver asking if I'd meet him off post because he couldn't get on post. I had ordered a queen mattress and had to jump through hoops to do that or risk having to wait another 2-4 weeks for rescheduled delivery. Fast forward to another delivery two wks later. I had emailed RXO immediately to let them know my delivery required drivers to have areal IDs. I was assured it would be noted and I would receive my delivery to my door, no issues this time. WRONG. The driver called me this morning asking to meet off post due to ID issues again. I had to get a big enough vehicle and when I arrived, the driver had left. No call, no text. Gone. Then he had the audacity to say he waited at the delivery address for the required 15 mins. I will shop elsewhere or cancel an order if the freight company is RXO from now on. Good luck getting customer service. I sat on hold for 51 minutes waiting for the "escalation dept." only to be disconnected. read more

Poor service all around. They rescheduled the delivery of our LG refrigerator 3 times. Their website would say reasons differently than what customer service would tell you. They would not notify us of the delay, we needed to call constantly. Their customer service is useless as they could not provide any information to us on when the fridge would be delivered. Never again would use them as a carrier. By the way this was via Sam's club (terrible experience as well being first time customers). The value of our time and money waiting for hours for the fridge to arrive 3 different times and no communication is just outrageous. read more

We ordered a refrigerator from Sam's and RXO was the freight delivery company assigned. I scheduled an appointment online. Very easy. But then the night before, they notified us the appointment was being rescheduled. They chose the new date without consulting us. Fortunately, it worked out, but we had to wait a whole week longer. **EDIT/UPDATE** RXO sent another installer within 48 hours who was able to correctly install the unit. He was very professional and did a great job. I was very pleased with the professionalism and prompt attention that RXO gave to this matter. ORIGINAL REVIEW: No complaints about delivery, but installation was terrible. Installation of new dishwasher took less than 10 minutes--they hooked it up, crammed it under the counter and left. Gave me no time to inspect as they were immediately out the door. After they left I realized it is terribly out of square, unlevel side to side, unlevel front to back, and not flush with the countertop. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend for installation. I've contacted Frigidaire (since that's who assigned the installation) and am awaiting response from RXO to schedule a time to correct this issue. read more

We bought a refrigerator at Sam's Club online a couple of days after Christmas. We are an older couple and it was our first major purchase online that required delivery. We had a delivery date of 1/8/25 on the Sam's Club website. We were contacted by RXO to schedule delivery. The automated system said delivery was 2/19/25, if that didn't work, press whatever. The next date offered was 3/19/25. Neither was acceptable. Husband went to Sam's Club asking if we could just do site to store. No. Had to use 3rd party delivery. Three days later RXO sent an email confirming delivery for 1/22/25. We sent back confirmation. We shuffled our schedule to accommodate delivery. On 1/16/25 RXO sent an email changing delivery to 1/18/25 (a Saturday) between 11:30 and 3:30. We had to cancel plans we had for 2 months to be available for delivery as we were afraid if we said no we would be back to February. The delivery team (they called themselves S & S) out of Tulsa were awesome. Very personable and still professional. We have nothing negative to say about the people who did the delivery, however RXO is something else. While we did appreciate the earlier delivery (from 2/19 to 1/22) who changes the delivery date to 5 days sooner on 2 days notice? Especially after we had agreed to a delivery date. We understand that companies need to optimize routes to make the most of time and resources, however, customers do have lives. When they confirm a date, they may have shuffled things to accommodate the company's schedule (as we did for a mid-week delivery). The 11th hour change of delivery dates was unnecessary and unwelcome. Maybe we are being overly critical, but honestly, the entire interaction with this company has been aggravating and unpleasant. read more

They also made sure to educate us on how it works, what to do in multiple scenarios, how to maneuver the warranty process should anything arise, how to change filters, etc..... Update: Emailed May 22nd as advised by Bryan, received the first response on May 24th saying they were reaching out to the HUB. Emailed asking for an update on May 27th and received an update May 29th saying they can't deliver it any earlier due to a holiday and that the hub has 1 truck to service 4 states..... I'm sorry but what type of reputable delivery company only has 1 truck? When they eventually did show up they did arrive on time and were nice. However, I stand by my original statement, if you have anything being delivered by this company cancel the order or demand a different delivery company, especially if you live outside of the Tulsa OK area. Original: Should be allowed to give 0 stars. This company is the worst "logistics" company I have ever worked with. Our delivery has been "re-scheduled" 5 times now after receiving confirmation from the distribution hub itself that it was guaranteed to be delivered on a specific date. The night before that delivery I was notified that it wouldnt be and that it cant be until 2 weeks later. Their only reason provided being "It cannot be delivered because it wasn't scheduled to be delivered". What kind of excuse is that? I ordered a mattress from Bed Bath & Beyond a month ago. RXO was the designated shipper of said mattress and told me that the earliest delivery date they had was yesterday (05/31/24). I received a phonecall around 6:45PM yesterday after waiting for said mattress all day that 'because their drivers can't work overtime, delivery would be rescheduled for the next morning.' I awake the next morning and see an email asking me to 'reschedule my shipment.' I open the hyperlink and am directed to a calendar displaying that the earliest ship date has now moved to June 21st. ARE YOU JOKING? I now am being told by RXO that, because of their own company overtime policy and poor scheduling, that I am going to have to wait nearly 2 MONTHS for an item that I have paid for. On top of that, their customer service is helpful to as much of a degree that they can but are basically useless because of their inconsistent communication with operations and struggle to expedite or elevate any inconsistency or customer service issue no matter how much they might want to. Overall, this company seems to be a giant circus tent with clowns running around pie-ing each other in the face and then pointing to someone else and saying they did it. Update - Ordered product for the second time (through Home Depot). This delivery was tracked from RXO HQ (I believe) and was delivered per plan. RXO's team was courteous, helpful and quick as was RXO's Senior Specialist who helped insure this second attempt was successful. This delivery was good and by itself I would give it a "5 star", but averaged with the first attempt and having to re-order, I'd give RXO a "3" overall and hope that any future encounters go more like this one.
